Three bedroom units in villa sleeps 18 with glorious sea views

Superb newly built villa, it has spectacular sea views and views of the mountains behind it. The surroundings are well landscaped and also include the use of a private pool and terrace sharing these views. Used in its inaugural year, the owners have paid attention to enough detail to ensure they and their guests stay will be truly memorable. The villa consists of 3 wings, each wing is a fully furnished 3 double bedroom apartments and is self sufficient. Can be rented out whole or by the units. Furnished with modern equipment.

The entire villa has a unit on the ground floor and two other units on the first floor that are duplexes with sleeping areas in the attic. There are terraces, 2 balconies, a well landscaped lawn and a garden with Mediterranean vegetation around the house.

Mecajac is a little settlement on the edge of Cavtat perched on the edge of a cliff with glorious views to the open Adriatic Sea. The old town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsulas Rat and Sustjepan, in the immediate vicinity of Dubrovnik. It is today the tourist and cultural center of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia.

The very pleasant climate, luxuriant vegetation and beautiful shores will invite you to leave all your stressful thoughts behind and refuel your energy.

Nice beaches stretch all the way to Cape Prahljevac. Cavtat is located on the main road (M2, E65). It is very well connected with major Croatian cities through Dubrovnik and Cilipi Airport, while local communications with the surroundings include ship and bus lines.

The Cavtat Summer (July - August) - with its concerts of harmony-singing groups, folk music groups and sports tournaments (water-polo) – represents the most central cultural event.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach spitze. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr genossen. Die Räume sind ausreichend groß. Wir hatten die Wohnung in der 1. Etage- die mit der schönen großen Terrasse :-)).
Der Flughafen ist ganz in der Nähe, deshalb gab es auch ab und zu Flugverkehr, aber das war uns vorher bekannt und auch nicht schlimm. Man wird durch den tollen Meerblick entschädigt. Nach Dubrovnik sind es ca. 20 Minuten und selbst die Fahrt dorthin empfanden wir nicht als störend, da man einen sehr schönen Ausblick hatte. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist in der Nähe. Restaurants und kleine Shops unten im Ort.
Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

vila excelenta pentru vacanta cu prietenii

Vila este locatia perfecta pentru o vacanta cu copiii, cu multi prieteni, preferabil inchiriata in intregime pentru mai multa libertate si distractie! Fotografiile reflecta cu acuratete spatiul generos, dotarile si confortul oferit, dar privelistea depaseste cu mult orice asteptare...De la vila este usor de ajuns (asadar nu trebuie ratate! ) la portul din Cavtat, la 15-20 minute de mers pe jos, plaja din Popovici, la 15 km, una dintre cele mai spectaculoase din lume, sau Dubrovnikul, cam la aceeasi distanta.
In concluzie, o vacanta minunata, intr-o locatie deosebita.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My friends and I stayed in this villa for a week in June. Since we were quite a large group, we rented the whole villa and we were not disappointed at all! The villa is very spacious and with three separate areas, it allowed for everyone to be able to do their own thing (no need to fight over which movie to watch for example!). With a small grocery just down the road, most needs are easily catered for by the villa. Bozo, the guy takes care of the villa, is very helpful and is able to provide help on most matters.

All in all, this villa is a great place to base your holiday! The only thing I would suggest is that you rent a car (the road leading up to the villa is quite steep)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

La villa louée dans son intégralité est parfaite pour un grand groupe. Elle est très spacieuse et son nombre de chambres et de salle de bains parfaitement adapté pour 18 personnes.
L'espace de vie extérieur ( piscine et terrasses ) est très agréable et la vue sur mer magnifique.
La distance à parcourir à pieds pour se rendre à la mer n'est pas praticable avec des enfants.
