This apartment has been fully refurbished within the past few months to high standards. It sleeps 6 through a combination of 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 mid size double bed (suitable for kids or young people) Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast/dining bar. Walk in wardrobe. Fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine , satellite TV , A/C unit and WiFi connection . Within 1 minute walking distance to all amenities and is located within the grounds of Puerto de Cabopino, Marbella.

We also offer baby sitting service , airport and taxi runs .

Parking for one car within a private, gated parking area.

The apartment sits just 25 meters from the marina, 50 meters from the sea and just 25 meters from large community swimming pool including children's pool and bar area.

Close to all amenities including bars restaurants and supermarket.

This property is in a quiet location at the heart of Puerto Cabopino, 20 meters from a large community swimming pool and 50 meters from the beach. Many local bars and restaurants within 50 meters of the apartment plus the port, promenade and local plaza. 10 minute drive to Marbella town and 15 minutes to Puerto Banus. Very close to all major attractions however the apartment itself is in a peaceful area.

Good location but not for us!

Prior to our visit Lesley was very helpful and on arrival she gave us a warm welcome, including a tour of the development. Equally the apartment is well placed for the beach and restaurants etc and was clean and tidy.
However, despite the above we didn't enjoy our stay and left early. The apartment has been converted from a former commercial premises and as such has very large shop windows running down its length. While pedestrians cannot see clearly into the accommodation, it felt like living in a goldfish bowl and curtains had to be drawn when using the light. The 'stunning sea front' description could be misleading as the apartment is on the other side of the development and faces inland toward the car park, do not confuse sea front with sea views! Although we visited during the winter season there was still quite a bit of activity around the port and development. This was enjoyable until the night and early morning when we were repeatedly disturbed by traffic going through the near by tunnel, in particular the noise of wheels banging over a loose metal cover. It is also worth noting that there is no private outside space with the apartment.
Having met Lesley I don't like submitting a negative review about her apartment and I am pleased that other reviewers have been more positive, it just wasn't what we anticipated.

Lovely studio,great location

Upon arriving at cabopino lesley and tony made us very welcome,during our stay any problems or issues or advise they were their to help us along,this is what its all about making you feel comfortable.
The studio is near the main plaza area with bars and restaurants,and like a minute from the pool area and beaches.It can be hot in the rooms a ceiling fan and standalone fan is just enough to get you off to sleep,no air con as stated on advert!
All in all a 10 out of 10 from me and my family and we will be returning for sure..
Thank you again lesley and tony and we'll see you soon no doubt!

i rented out the Studio for about 3 weeks and can honestly say my stay was relaxing, peaceful and friendly. Lesley and her partner Tony helped me move in, show me around Cabopino which i must say is beautiful right next the the port, lovely places to eat my favorite place was Julie's and a bar in the local square. they introduced me to their friends which made me feel welcomed and at ease. the studio was cleaned every week and fresh bedding and towels were given and extras were given when i had visitors.
i will be recommending the studio and Lesley's and Tony's service to anyone i meet or needs a place to rent.

a very nice place to stay

we stayed in this studio last year, 2010. it has quite large windows where you can see out but others cannot see in. it is a very nice apt., well equipped and comfortable with everything you might need on a self-catering holiday. Lesley the owner is a lovely lady and very helpful and pleasant to deal with. the apartment is on the port and close to everything. we were first attracted by the look of the apt. in the pictures on the site and secondly by the cost to rent. we have holidayed at puerto cabopino on a number of occasions over the years and think it a wonderful place to be. this apartment helped make our holiday a memorable one. will we stay in this apt. again? definitely.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
