Amazing very big property with all the comfort and wonderful sea views

This very spacious villa owns 5 big bedrooms. 3 Bedrooms are double bed and 2 bedrooms have got 2 single beds. The property has got 3 very convertibles bathrooms. In one of the bathroom, there is a very nice massage-shower. The kitchen is full equipped and very spacious. You 'll be able to enjoy a very quiet and comfortable terrace where you'll have your meals enjoying fabulous sea views! The swimming-pool is heated! In the lounge are available: TV, DVD player, stereo and satellite TV.

Playa de san Juan is a typical Canadian village away from the tourists troubles of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. In the village, you can find all that you need: different bars and restaurants, banks, bakeries, a chemist, cyber-cafe etc.... There is also a fantastic new sandy beach that you can see on the photos. Front of the beach, there are many terraces where you'll be able enjoy fresh drinks or delicious meals looking the see.

Perfect place for a large family.

We were a Norwegian family with grandparents, daughter and grandchildren.(Age from 11 months up to seventy years) The house was perfect, lots of space both indoord and outdoor, very clean and well equipped, and the outdoor area with lots of flowers and a lovely wiev of the ocean. Everything we needed was within walking distance: Supermarked, restaurants, a sandy beach and a very nice promenade along the seaside. Old and young also enjoyed the pool that was deep enough for the teenagers to "play". Playa de San Juan is just what we wanted, away from the large tourist machines, and we hope it will stay that way.
We had a perfect week, and hope to visit the village next winther also!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Ténériffe, cette villa est vraiment mieux que sur les photos. Nous la recommandons sans hésiter, très spacieuse et très bien située, dans un village canarien authentique.

Beautiful villa

We spent 2 weeks there. The villa is fantastic (much better than on photos), it offered us all the facilities we - family with 2 little children - could have asked for. The location of villa is perfect - all we needed for comfortable rest was near us (supermarket, restorants, beach with so unusial black vulcanic sand). The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Really want to visit this place again!

We arrived in April from England. I was a liitle aprehensive not having booked 'in line' before but we were all thrilled with the villa. It had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. The pool,patio and garden area were immaculate as was the rest of the villa. The owner provided good customer service and I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.
The children aged from 3 to 12 had an excellent time and the parents and grandparents were able to relax

Amazing villa with wonderful views. Everything as described on the website. San juan is a lovely little town too. Would definitely return!
