3 bed villa SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE, 700 metres from beach, near Protaras and Ayia Napa

This 3 bed Pernera holiday villa is located on a new development near to the Golden Coast hotel [ 7 min walk], sandy beach and marina. Protaras is only a 35 minute walk from this villa. There is a communal play area for both adults and children within the complex, which is 2 min walk behind the villa

Comprising of an open plan lounge, with a pull out sofa bed for 2, dining for 8, and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs along with a family bathroom. There is a DVD Player with films and karaoke cd player , Wii game station, play staion2 with games and i phone / i pod docking station with digital radio.. There is a further shower and WC downstairs. Private swimming pool and jucuzzi. Pernera amenities are all within a 10 min walk. The holiday villa is perfect for a twin location of the more gentle Pernera, and the busier Protaras.

Area near the villa: Sunshine is abundant during the whole year and particularly from April to September; when the average duration of sunshine exceeds 11 hours per day. In July and August average temperature ranges from

36 to 27C. The mean annual temperature for the island as a whole is 20C.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus is in Protaras. Fig Tree Bay is a stretch of sun, sea and sand so clear, clean and blue you could be forgiven for thinking you were in the Caribbean. While your kids are building sand castles to their hearts’ content, you could catch up on your sun worshipping or even go for long walks to clear your body and mind. Work off the stresses of your daily life with the plethora of watersports found on the beach, and then treat the family to a lovely fresh meal at the Fig Tree Bay Taverna.

If you’re up for a bit of action, then you really need to brave the walk and go to Cape Greco. From the sea cliffs with their sparkling waters to the beautiful indigenous fauna.

Pernera in Cyprus is probably not one of the best known resorts on the East coast but it is certainly one of the nicest. Nestling below a hill this pretty little town has plenty to offer and holiday makers return there year after year.

The main street sweeps right down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays protected by stone outcrops. These are perfect for bathing and snorkeling in the warm crystal clear Mediterranean waters. Being so well protected these bays are great for families with small children and there is plenty of shallow water for the little ones to paddle in. In essence Pernera is first and foremost a beach holiday resort and the bigger hotels actually front right onto the bays. Lovers of water sports will have plenty of activities to get their teeth into including wind surfing and water skiing to name just a couple.

If you fancy a Cyprus boat trip Pernera is the place to be with its bustling harbour you will be spoilt for choice.

Other Activities: fishing, water park, four wheel drive trips into the mountain. Boat trips.

  • The above rates are for group of upto 6 people, for each additional person there is a £25 charge per week (Max of 8)
    We accept payments by bank transfer, cash deposits, cheques(for advance bookings), and PayPal (4% charges apply).
    Damage deposit is £200 refundable, but may change depending on the groups booking. This will be returned with in 2 weeks from the end of the booking.
    We require 25% to book the villa and full payment 8 weeks before the start date.
    There is an optional charge of £60 during to use the Jacuzzi / Hot-tub.

    Free Midweek clean for 2 weekly bookings

Notes:
Self catering in a luxurious villa, ideal for families. Views of crystal blue sea from your balcony with the sun rising from the sea in the morning. Kiddish toys are provided to keep them busy whilst you relax with the bubbles in your hot tub and swimming pool. The villa has been delightfully furnished with Japanese elm wood furniture to give it a warm homely feeling. There is a DVD Player with DVDS. We have, for your pleasure provided, a Wii Game Station with two remote controls etc. for which we have provided films, games . The cot and high chair is provided on request with a small charge. The villa is fitted with smoke detectors, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The discription of this villa and its location were Excellant as was the, layout and facilities. The property was clean and well maintained, the swimmingpool guy came twice which maintained hygiene, the pool is invariabley a focus point of children and families relaxing. The owner provided excellant customer service, and the welcome pack(milk, bread, tea, coffee wine ETC) was great, Aswas the TV, DVD Wii, and satalite TV.There was nothing left unthought of, and the cleaning team were more than helpfull.
We would definately recommend this property to friends.
All the resaurants we went to were more than friendly, we did not have any dislikes or favourits, as we prefer to eat
different types of food.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely villa ideal for families with small children, very clean and everything you could want for a relaxing self catering holiday.

We stayed for 9 weeks in this lovely villa over the winter period and found everything to be as described.

The villa was clean, well furnished and the management team were friendly and obliging.

The owners provided excellent customer service and we found them helpful and charming.

We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family but would point out that over the winter period very little is open in Pernera and Protaras and we feel that a hire car is essential.

We were unfortunate to experience a colder than average winter this year but still enjoyed our stay. From April onwards things start to spring to life and the temperature rises.

We stayed at the villa from 3rd until 14th June and everything was just like designed on the site. The welcome pack is a fantastic idea especially for people like us who arrived late. Our grandchildren loved the pool which was kept maintained by Rick & Ash and the hot tub got to temp throughout our stay. The play area was also brilliant. If you don't have car hire, you can easily walk up the road for the water machine and it only cost 1 euro to fill it up. Pernera is quiter than Protarus but still a wonderful town with plenty of bars and restaurants. It's just like a home from home and you don't need to buy travel adaptors has the plugs are all UK std and there is an hairdryer in each of the main bedrooms. Jan & Sue are lovely ladies and will always help with anything you need has will Rick & Ash.
We will definitely reccomend Rashmita & Chandresh beautiful villa to family and friends.

Hi , Rashmita & Chandresh,,, sorry i haven't been in touch both me and pauline have been really busy with work this is my first day at home since we got back from cyprus and i haven't had access to my emails first of all i would like to say the villa was fantastic the set out, the pool& everything about it was just what we wanted the only down fall was we didn't hire a car and we should have as taxis were expensive but that's irrelevant to the villa the people who run it i.e. rick,ash ,sue&jan were excellent they couldn't do enough for us . credit to were its due to your self too because every thing that's noted in the guest book any faults or moans are rectified straight away ,we will be recommending your villa to every one thanks for every thing jamie,pauline ..
