A newly furnished and decorated, 2nd floor apartment in quiet block on seafront. South-facing balcony with lovely views of Hythe Bay. Superb accommodation for 4 people. 1st bedroom with king-size bed, sea views and en-suite show/w.c. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and sea view. Family bathroom with bath/shower. Hair-dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, tumble -dryer and iron. A large sunny lounge with dining area, leather sofas, TV and DVD/CD player, and French windows on to the balcony. Internet access. Private parking for 2 cars. Video entry phone. Access via stairs or lift. Full linen, towels and beach towels supplied and changed weekly. An ideal location from which to explore the South East or even a visit to France. Relax on the beach, stroll along the promenade or row along the Royal Military Canal (Easter onwards). Easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and local amenities. The accommodation and service was first class.The location effectively on the promenade and very close to the nearby Military Canal provided us with the perfect place for walks and cycle riding (recommend "the Hub" cycle hire in Sandgate just along the coast). The whole family (two adults and two teenage girls) fully recommend this apartment and surrounding area as an ideal location for visiting the many places on offer in Kent and East Sussex; we visited Whitstable, Canterbury, Rye, Battle, Dungeness, Lydd and had a great afternoon at Camber Sands. Also try Port Lympne Wildlife Park.
Joanna made us feel extremely welcome and was very helpful recommending local facilities: swimming pool, tennis courts, shopping and restaurants - Italian Trattoria in High Street was great, also try Sotirio's in Hythe, and Tinto Tapas in Sandgate. Additionally, the personalised Welcome Pack was great.

We had a lovely stay in this excellent apartment, which has extensive sea views from all the windows. It was great to be able to look out at the coast of France and see the shipping going backwards and forwards into Dover. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Joanna gave us really personal service - the best we have ever experienced. We can highly recommend this apartment.
A fantastic location right on the seafront at Hythe Beach. Apartment immaculately clean and very well equipped. Very nice welcome pack and good supply of family board games and books. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation, and hope to return. Places to visit nearby; Torbay fish & chip shop in high street, Bodiam Castle (NT), Sissinghurst Castle (NT), Canterbury, Rye & Folkestone.
My family and I spent a wonderful week in this apartment. The whole flat was very clean throughout and decorated very tastefully. All the furniture was of a very high quality and looked almost new. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you could possibly want including a nice big fridge freezer. The view from the balcony in the living room was just stunning. Although on the second floor this wasn't a problem as there is a good lift almost next to the front door of the flat. The road outside was very quiet and there was no noise from any neighbours either. Parking was very good in a private, secure area at the back of the flat.
Joanna made us feel very welcome leaving flowers on the table and a very nice selection of goodies.
This was our first visit to Kent but we would love to return as there were lots of places and attractions we didn't manage to visit. The places we did enjoy were Hever Castle, Bodiam Castle, Southforeland Lighthouse, Karting at Lydd,Kent and East Sussex Railway, Sandwich River Bus to see the seals, Brockhill Country Park (very close by car) , Dungeness and we also went to France for the day (we have never been via the channel tunnel before but would go again as it was very quick and easy)
I would recommend this flat to anyone, young and old alike will love it.

Home from home comfort - probably the best equipped holiday rental ever - we would have happily moved in permanently. We are originally from Kent and were actually using this as a base to visit old friends and to take a trip down memory lane. There is lots to do in the area and we would thoroughly recommend this rental.
Modern, clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Sea views, quiet neighbours, and the surroundings streets were quiet too, in spite of being right on the sea front. Very useful to have our own parking space. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Hythe is an attractive town with an interesting high street, handy supermarkets, some good restaurants, and a lovely older area near the church, with great views. Interesting history, with good walks along the coast, by the canal, and in Romney Marsh. There are local buses to Dover, Canterbury etc, trains from Sandling station, and the light railway makes several stops en route to Dungeness.
This apartment is extremely comfortable, a real home from home, very spacious, well equipped and spotless. The location is amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and the centre of Hythe, and the RHDR railway which was a very important feature for our 2 year old son! The owner's excellent communication and extremely welcome welcome package was also much appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment.
