FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN A PERFECT LOCATION

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Dublin due in no small part to our exceptionally spacious and modern apartment. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was stunning and the amazing sound system was second to none. The flat is centrally located near the Luas and bus stops thus making it a breeze to get anywhere within the city. The Cobblestone Pub, world famous for its trad music, is just steps away as are several good restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store. Pat, our landlord, was professional, helpful and informative from our first correspondence to our last handover of the keys. We plan to visit Dublin again as soon as we possibly can and our home away from home will definitely be this gem of an apartment in Smithfield Square.

WONDERFUL PLACE AND LOCATION

Everything was as described and much more. We loved the location. The hop on and off bus plus Luas were right there and taxi easy to find if needed. We could walk to several restaurants, pubs, and some sites. Grocery store is a few steps away and had everything we could want and need. I highly recommend this unit. Pat the owner was wonderful in meeting us and providing some great touring ideas.

GREAT APARTMENT, VERY GOOD LOCATION

Apartment is incredibly spacious and the 3 bedrooms + 2 baths upstairs are very convenient for larger families.
The building is very modern and safe with easy access to a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants/bars in a 2 block radius.
There is garage parking available if you decide to rent a car (to travel through the Irish countryside).

EXCELLENT PLACE TO ENJOY DUBLIN

Our group of 4 booked this property for our trip to Dublin and we all agree--this was an excellent choice. Pat is an excellent "landord" who gave us a full tour of the flat upon arrival, as well as some great advice for what we should do in Dublin and Ireland during our visit. The flat is very spacious and has the most beautiful view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The area and apartment are safe and secure, and most of all welcoming. We definitely plan on returning here for our next trip to Dublin.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT

My friends and I stayed here for a week and loved this apartment. It is modern and airy, clean and with everything you need - including a little shopping trolley which was great or our shopping!

The Luas tram is a minute's walk away as is the supermarket which stocks all you need. The Cobblestone pub close by is worth a visit, a real Dublin pub, not one of those touristy places. There are also great places to eat very close by. But you can also be in the city centre within five minutes via the Luas. You can walk to the Temple bar area in ten minutes. So, really it is the perfect location.

It was very easy to book everything with the owner Pat, he always responded very quickly to emails. So, if you are looking for a spacious apartment that is close to everything I would definitely recommend this one.
