Perfect Location!

This lovely, spacious apartment is in a perfect location for a great break in Dublin. It is within walking distance of Temple Bar and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is close by to get to the many interesting sights further afield. Cobblestones and Generator bars both worth a visit. Oscars restaurant, just below the apartment, did very good food and was a life saver after tiring days out. Pat, the landlord couldn't have been more helpful.

Away from the maddening crowd but close enough to see everything you need to see. Clean and efficient, local shops nearby. Great location. Would recommend it again and again,

40th Weekend with Friends

If you are looking for a place to stay with friends or family in Dublin look no further than here.

Firstly you will get to speak with and meet Pat who owns the apartment and will do everything possible to make your stay a great experience. Pat was a great help in the lead up to our stay.

LOCATION:

Right opposite the Jamesons distillery on a square with several good places to eat and shop. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND OSCARS for breakfast / drinks and evening meals. Bonus of LAUS line just a 2 min walk away that takes 5 mins to get into centre of Dublin (O'Connell Street) Otherwise about a 15min walk over to Temple Bar or not as far for the Brazen Head (A favourite of our trip)

APARTMENT:

Spotlessly clean over 2 levels with good sized bedrooms, lovely living area and 3 bathrooms. Modern living area with floor to ceiling windows and a private patio to sit out should the weather be kind. Kitchen has all facilities should you choose to eat in

There is a security guard/concierge on site 24hrs and access is via secure doors and shared apartment block lifts.

In a nutshell a fantastic place that has everything on the doorstep or a short walk away that enabled us to have a great weekend.

Thanks Pat and hopefully see you in 2 years time for the rugby again if not before. 3rd time lucky for me maybe??

Superb Location, Fantastic Apartment!

It was very nice to stay in this Smithfield Tower apartment. Pat is a very nice guy and was very quick to reply to any questions I had before booking. He gave a lot of information about Dublin, its different areas and how to get there, etc. The apartment is beautiful with a great view! We were there with 6 adults and had plenty of room (three bathrooms)! The kitchen is well equipped which is nice since we wanted to do some of our own cooking. Also the apartment is very clean.

The location is ideal...just a few walking blocks from all there is to see in Dublin---mainly south of the River and yet not in the heart of the hustle and bustle where noise might be a concern in the evenings. The market next door has all you need for your stay.

Cobblestone is a great pub just across the street!

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful apartment in a great location of Dublin!

Great location

Very central location. Right outside of the Jamison Distillery who offered a tour that was fascinating. Lovely restaurant outside that offered wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner. Layout was very nice yet bedrooms were small making it hard to access luggage. Beds were not very comfy in the twin room. Not as clean as I would like. Owner very nice and accommodating.

The property was immaculate!

The location was ideal for us! Easy access to all transportation and many of the Dublin sites were within walking distance. The owner was gracious and helpful.

Loved our visit to Jameson (walking distance) and Guinness. The old prison is a must but important to get there early . Trinity College was beautiful and the tour was very interesting.. Took a train/bus tour to Galway and the Cliffs. Also, experienced a hurling match - if you love sports - go see one!

All of us had a most enjoyable/memorable trip and to the people of Ireland, we thank you for how warm and gracious everyone was!

I would certainly recommend this location!
