In the house whirlpool. Burglar alarm. Steep motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking inside & outside of the house. Shop & grocers and restaurant 3 km, railway station 'Fossano' 10 km, sandy beach 80 km, tennis 3 km, golf course 14 km, ski sport facilities 60 km. Please note: car essential.   • OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
    =======================
    RATES: These rates apply for up to 8 people for one week, or shorter duration. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people.

    WHAT IS INCLUDED:
    Cleaning, gas, water, electricity & Bed linen and towels (excluding pool towels) for all your group

    BOOKING: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking dates. Payment can be made by transfer to a our bank account or by Credit Card through PAYPAL secure payments system. Paypal payments have a 4.00% supplement. However within 8 weeks of the start of your holidays you need to pay 100% of the cost of the holidays.
  • If this is not paid by the due dates, we may cancel your booking, and you may loose your deposit.

    CANCELLATION: If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or other payments has been made for the holiday, our refund terms are:
    12 weeks before start - 50% non refundable
    8 weeks before start - 100% non refundable
    We strongly advise you to buy holiday insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

    REFUNDABLE CASH DAMAGE DEPOSIT: This is also €500, and covers breakages , damages to property its furniture or loss of keys. This will be fully refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the property by our local key-holder at the end of your holiday. This deposit is a CASH deposit paid directly to the local key holder and is refundable in full after inspection of the property at the end of your stay and confirmation that no damage has been sustained.
  • OTHER: Please note the following

    Change over day is normally Saturday, for the high season, and can be flexible for other seasons.
    The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date (also see Cancellation charges).
    Mid-week clean, extra cleaning can be arranged at additional cost a private agreement between the guest & the local key holder & subject to cleaning staff being available. Please ask our local keyholder

    Smoking: We do not permit smoking inside any area of the property.
    Pets: We do not permit pets.
    Prices may be subject to change at owner’s discretion.
    We offer special rates for long term, and off season lettings, please enquire.

What a gorgeous place!

We stayed for one week in September in this gorgeous authentic Italian Villa and enjoyed every second. It has been beautifully restored, and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. The outside garden is lovely and tranquil and there are plenty of sun loungers and a good sized pool for cooling down. The owners were most helpful and approachable with any queries and we felt very welcome. Best of all, you wake up every morning to the panoramic view of the alps - a memorable stay I would thoroughly recommend.
Owner's Response: We are delighted that you & your family enjoyed & appreciated the Villa & all it has to offer to the guest. To appreciate the Villa one has to experince by being there as no words can desribe the sensation or the emotions.

We have been renting the Villa for more than ten years. Due to its size, normaly two families or two group of people rent the Villa & despite of all their assurances they do not get around to posting a review.

As your's is the first review. We hope this will motivate others to do the same. Once again many thanks & we hope that you will check out our other properties.
