Located in the Faria Beach Community on the sands of your own private beachfront. The community has a tennis court, children's playground and grassy park. There is your own private staircase right down to the sand. The beach out back of our home is usually totally empty making it feel like your own private beach. Great for families with small children. It's easy to keep an eye on them when you have the beach to yourselves! The backyard has a large patio area with a gas fire pit to roast smores on chilly nights, an outdoor shower with hot water, table and chairs, dining for 8-10 and the kids favorite-a sand box with sand toys sure to provide hours of entertainment for little ones. A gas bbq, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and a private staircase to the sand off the deck.

LOCATION: Conveniently located near Santa Barbara, Carpenteria and Ventura, just off the 101 freeway. We are 65 miles north of LA, about 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara and just 5 minutes from downtown Ventura and Carpenteria. A bike path right out front takes you on an ocean front ride into downtown Ventura in just 15 minutes for a fantastic breakfast. Visit downtown Ventura for a wide selection of dining-you won't be disappointed with this charming street and great variety of restaurants.

This is a beautiful, California Bungalow style two-story home, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home located off the famous Pacific Coast Hwy on Faria Beach. It is classic California beach living at its best. Enjoy stunning ocean views from the huge deck, family room, kitchen, and upstairs MASTER SUITE and new downstairs ocean view bedroom. The ocean in the morning is captivating, it is hard to do anything other than drink your coffee on the master suite balcony or large backyard deck and watch the crashing waves! You will also spot dolphins and seals playing in the morning waves right in front of you, with the view of the Channel Islands, and gorgeous sunsets right in your own backyard. There is so much to do in the immediate surrounding area yet you will want to be home every evening to watch the sun go down while waves splash just feet away. It is incredible! The backyard has a spacious patio with a bbq, outdoor shower, dining table for all your al' fresco meals, sand box, gas fire pit and seating area and a very large deck perfect for relaxing and laying out. Also on the deck, ocean front, is a hot tub! Community has tennis courts and children's play set.

FAMILY ROOM: The family room has a full size sofa, 2 oversized chairs that provides plenty of seating to enjoy each others company, watch a movie and relax. A large sliding glass door provides a spacious flow between the indoors and outdoors. The family room is equipped with a large flat screen television with surround sound, direct tv/blu-ray/netflix and WiFi.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is located right next to the family room. Equipped with beautiful new custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and new stove. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking wants and needs. Our country kitchen style lends perfectly to the large dining table in the center perfect for family meals or hours of card games. For anyone not thrilled about doing dishes, especially on vacation-you may just love it here with a large picture window right in front of the kitchen sink-even dishes are no longer a chore with a view like that to distract you!


BEDROOMS & BATH: Off the main family room and kitchen are the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom a cozy retreat for one couple or a group of kids is equipped with a twin over queen bunkbed with a twin pull out below. You can sleep 4 comfortably. The second room downstairs has a queen size bed. Sleeps 2. The third bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed, ocean views, private access to the back yard and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2. All bedrooms have new flat screen televisions, luxurious duvets and fine linens on the beds to provide the ultimate in comfort.

There is a bathroom downstairs off the living room with a bathtub/shower combination.

A large capacity washer and dryer are in the hallway off the living room.

MASTER SUITE: The master suite upstairs is expansive with jaw dropping views. With an entire wall of windows looking out to a view up and down the coast in both directions, the channel islands straight ahead and the surf right below, the view is stunning! A large sliding door opens to the spacious deck. Enjoy the sound of crashing waves right out your bedroom slider.
With a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen tv and a great sitting area including a sofa bed (with a queen size pull-out) and occasional chairs, in front of a large ocean view window- it is a perfect spot for relaxing or watching the sunrise or sunset. If you have to bring your work with you...there is a large desk perfect for your laptop so you can get down to business... which won't be so bad with a view of the entire ocean in front of you as you work! There is also an en suite bathroom in the MASTER SUITE that just underwent a full remodel with a large shower, custom vanity with quartz counter and vessel sink. After a day in the surf, sand and sun, enjoy getting scrubbed up for your evening plans in this luxurious bathroom which included a new European polished cement shower with Bali pebble floors, plush white towels and a fluffy white rug. This bedroom is very large and can easily hold a family of four who prefer to keep there small children close by. Sleeps 2-4

SURF & SAND: This home has one of California's finest surf breaks right in your backyard. Mondo's point is just to the right and Rincon Beach near by. When the tide is out you can walk up and down the coast searching for shells, exploring the tides for hours! Paddle boarding, kayaking, body boarding and swimming. If you love to fish, there is fantastic fishing right off the backyard deck!
The sea wall has a new cable fence that provides safety for little ones yet does not block the ocean view.
