COSY, CENTRAL AND WONDERFULLY CONVENIENT - IN THE HEART OF CHELSEA

We booked this apartment nearly a year before we stayed there.
Arriving two weeks before the Olympics  we knew it would be very busy.
This apartment in the Nell Gwynn building was perfect.It is so central to every were.Seven minute walk to the Victory & Albert Museum which is an amazing museum.
We bought a Travel card not the Oyster card for a week as you get some great deals two for one (not the London Eye any more)
There are lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. 
It is well presented and very clean.Tessa was very helpful and informative.When we are in London again we would love to stay here.
It's great having someone on reception you don't have to worry about been there at a certain time to gets the keys.
The porters were all ways very helpful and lent us some scales so we could weigh our luggage before we flew home. Many thanks Tessa we had a great stay at your lovely apartment.

We (myself and my wife) booked this property for the first week of the Olympics, after looking at a number of other properties.
The property was as described and was very confortable and clean. Facilities are good and the Sainsbury's mentioned is very close (see for yourself on Google streetmap) and is open 7:30am to 11pm. The area was quiet and convenient with a short (5 mins or so) walk to South Kessington tube.
Communication with the owner was very good and she was most helpful and friendly.
I would not think twice about recommending this apartment to friends and relatives.

As a lone female traveller I was looking for somewhere to stay that offered freedom to come and go with minimum hassle; yet security, proximity to tube stations and space to relax . This apartment had it all and more. The reservation process was smooth, fast and friendly. Having a concierge service in what is a lovely Art Deco foyer gave a feeling of 'hotel' quality. A very peaceful building, I didn't hear a sound from other rooms , not a radio or TV. The apartment has everything one needs for a short stay and Starbucks and Sainsbury's are opposite . Wifi was useful and free and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. The weather was very humid during my stay and it was great to be able to open all the windows and let some air in and being on the 4th floor I was happy to leave the ones in the bedroom open whilst I slept. The traffic noise, which was never very noisy really, was almost zero after about 10pm as the road is not a major through way I don't think. I can't think of one negative - a return visit, perhaps with my husband next time is very likely. Although it was lovely to be able to spoil myself on this occasion.
