The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small block of apartments in the leafy exclusive Basse Callifornie area. It has a large living area and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a terrace leading to a beautiful secluded garden. It is bright, modern, very comfortable and relaxing with all mod cons. Walking distance to local Beaches, Shops, Restaurants, Cannes Centre and The Palais de Festival. Perfect for business trips or family holidays. There is also a private shaded parking space.
Gorgeous place to stay with children. Small private garden is very cozy with sun traps and of course BBQ stuff which help you to make your evening party very tasty and unforgettable. You have filling that you not just rent an apartment but stay on a small villa. It's a great filling when you have you meal at the open air.
Also it's quite close to the city center, beach, Carrfure 200m. As for me this part of Cannes is more calm, good for relaxation. Parking place is also a serious plus of this apartment.
I would recommend this apartment for calm family holiday. Be sure it's a good choice.
This year I and my friends rented the apartment for a week. The appartment is like in the photos: nice, cosy and modern, convenient for two couples. When I came in the appartment for the first time I was really happy to see where I would spend a week. It has a very good position: not far from the center and in the calm and noiseless place. Another advantage is parking. I would recommend this appartment to my friends, and will come back to this appartment when I have other holidays in Cannes.
Much as the title, this is the second year that we have used this apartment, the location is excellent on quiet road, 5 mins walk to the eastern end of the coisette.
Apartment is clean and tidy, meet and greet service is excellent, apartment is on the ground floor of the building and benifits from a privite garden, that has been improved this year with the addition of a nice seating area.
Car parking is provided with the apartment, and saves you a forture, over parking prices for in town hotels.
aThe Apartment is within a stones through of an excellent deli, and two boulongers, a reasonable sized supermarket is also within 5 mins walk.
The apartment benifits from two bedrooms, and seperate bath and loo, and is very spacetuious.
Centre of Cannes is approx 15 mins easy walk, or use the bus service that runs the length of the cossette for 1 euro.
You are spoilt for choice with eating options in cannes, our favs are the pavillion on the cossette, gray d' albion on the beach for lunch or fireworks events, the excellent italleon next to louis vuitton, or the excellent italleon by the town hall.
For a special treat visit the resturant on the island in the cannes bay, and get them to collect you in the launch from the marina by the palm beach, expensive, but spend the day there and it is worth the cost.
To many places to mention worth a visit in the cannes area, but st paul du vence, is excellent, and make sure you go to ventimillion on the france/italy border for the friday market,by train is the best option to avoid the traffic jams into the town.
All highly recommended, just go you will not regret this choice
Service was excellent from the owner and meet and greet hosts.
Ground floor with garden was big plus, it felt more like a house.
We had no car and did not need one.
A trip on the number 8 open top bus is recommended.
No 21 outside front door went to centre ville for one euro although it did finish at 19.30.
Restaurants were all good but centre ville pricey, we went instead to the restaurants on avenue de lerins and the road north of alexander 3, good value and excellent food and service.
Best beaches were west of centre ville or palm beach, avoid the croisette beaches.
Avoid the temptation to go to Aquaslpash in Antibes it was expensive, filty, overcrowded and with 45 minute queues for rides or food.
Day cruise to Monace from centre ville worth doing.
The apartment is situated on the beautiful tree lined Boulevard Alexandre III, which is just off the Palm Beach section of the Croisette.
Numerous local beaches, the Palais De Festival, the train station and all other conveniences are within walking distance. There are 2 small supermarkets close by. Private parking is available but due to everything being so near, a car is not necessary.
