It is our pleasure to present this fabulous two storey holiday villa. Fully Insured, featuring 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) this fully air-conditioned property with ample accommodation in one of the most desirable locations. With its own private south facing 28 x 14-foot swimming pool complete with protective pool screen on an extended deck and patio furniture. The living, kitchen, dining and entertaining areas of the villa are completely tiled and all bedrooms are carpeted, with the addition 5 star hotel quality SEALY mattresses. Included in the rental are all bed linens, towels and hair dryers. This is one great vacation home, ideal for families as it comprises a fully tiled game area with X-Box 360, Pool Table and comfy sofa seating. The family room is extremely comfortable with its 50 inch HDTV with DVR, NETFLIX and APPLE TV providing guests with current films and television shows ON DEMAND.

We returned home on Friday after our 2 week break in Florida. Your villa at 169 Emerald View Avenue was lovely, we were very happy with it, and hugely impressed by the size of it when we first walked through the door!

We would like you to know that we would have no hesitation in booking your villa again, should we be lucky enough to return to Florida again in the future. We would also recommend it to any friends or family who were interested in renting a villa there. In fact, we loved the area so much that we were very interested that there are several houses for sale in the street, including the one next door, as owning in Florida is something we would love to do in the future.

Anyway, thanks again for renting your villa to us. As I said, we had a wonderful stay and the villa was beautifully presented and very clean.

Having just returned from a 3 week stay in your fantastic villa it makes a pleasant change to write a good review. The villa was perfect! home from home. The villa is on a nice quiet estate well located for all the attractions in the area. The property was like new inside and out and every applience tv etc was of the highest standard. Customer service was excellent from the owner and management company. We are sure that anyone staying at the villa will have a fantastic holiday as we did.

A perfect holiday Villa

If your looking for a Villa in a peaceful location and close to many of the main attractions this is the Villa for you.

All the main attractions were easy to access from here. Hundreds of restaurants just 5 minutes away down the 192. I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse!!

Everything you need is near by, Supermarkets, Take-outs, restaurants, Bank and much more.

After a long day out, its nice to go back to a comfortable Villa to relax for the evening.

Booking was easy and well communicate from Janet. Once booked I was sent several documents which provide me with all the information needed. Wifi connection, security etc..

Thank you for letting us stay and im sure we will be back for more.

Great Property with LOADS of extras

Hello

I just wanted to send a brief email regarding your villa compared to other villas we have been in over the years. You take care and invest money which is very noticeable in your properties. Just really wanted to say the care and investment you make in your 2 properties is really appreciated and the people who stay there hopefully do notice that.

As an example we are currently staying in another villa in Tuscan Ridge which is a very nice villa but here is what we are seeing compared to your villas:

- Televisions have been here since day 1, huge CRT boxes No cable TV just standard channels
- Internet is cheap DSL (not cable internet like yours) speeds are poor
- No DVD movie collection - plenty of VHS players around the house though!
- No Apple TV with Netflix
- Towels that whilst clean have clearly seen better days and not been replaced in years, yours were all white and fluffy
- Bedclothes that whilst clean do not have the 'newer' snuggle feel when in bed (hard to explain!) - yours were great
- No cordless phone but the cheapest corded phone that the numbers are worn off on
- Most likely the cheapest kettle available in Walmart
- Not energy efficient at all - I noticed you had invested in all energy saving bulbs...there is not one here where we are now
- No recycling box here - you had two!

Really just wanted to say thanks for having such an awesome place to stay and for continually investing in the properties for the guests. It does not go un-noticed.

Excellent House located in a great development

We stayed here late July early August and the house was superb.
The owner was a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and by e-mail and provided us with a welcome pack on arrival.
I would recomend this house to anyone and would certainly stay here if we can ever save enough to visit Orlando again!
