How to make a reservation: To make a reservation on line please go to “The owner's website” at the bottom of this page.

Click: “Owners website (Holiday Lets London), then Select “Book an Apartment” Tab.

Go to the “Booking Centre” at the bottom of the page, Choose a date, and find Availability of Accommodation. Select the apartment you wish to book, Select the dates you wish to make a booking, Select “Book now”, Complete the booking details, Read the Terms and conditions and Tenancy agreements. Proceed to Payment.

Pay a Deposit of GBP200 to make a reservation via Secure Google account using your credit or debit cards.

An automated message will be sent to you to confirm the reservation. You need to pay the rent on due date (normally one month before you take up the studio), sign and upload the agreements with proof of your signature. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this flat for 10 nights. Great little neighbourhood to walk around in with groceries and many pubs close at hand. Close to transit, including buses and overground trains for those scared of the underground. Didn't even mind the Halloween party downstairs 'til 3am that much. Would definitely book again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e non c'è stato nessun problema, la casa è molto vicina alla stazione della metro e ci sono diversi posti nei dintorni per fare un pò di spesa.

Clean, Well Appointed, Easy Access, Nice Location

The description of the unit was accurate. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Location was great with easy access to two different Tube Lines within 5 minutes. The neighborhood had several good small restaurants, pubs and grocery stores. The flat was clean and well maintained. All of the kitchen appliances worked well. We did laundry and made pizza. The coffee pot worked fine.The deck was a nice addition for sitting on in the early morning and evening. The manager provided excellent service. We had one small item that needed to be addressed and it was taken care of immediately. It would be nice to have an area rug for the living room but not a necessity. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the flat, we would leave mid-morning and return later in the evening, I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Two days in London

Great location, with easy access to London underground. Loved the balcony off the bedroom. The accommodation was simple and provided everything that we needed for just two nights in London. It took until our second night there to get used to the noise of the road at the front and trains at the rear of the property. Would certainly use again if staying in London.

A decent flat in a good neighborhood

We stayed six nights in this flat and were mostly pleased with our stay. The booking/check-in process was very easy, and the location is great--just around the corner from the underground station. We were disappointed in the flat though. It seemed dingy and worn compared to the photos on the site. The floors really are frightening, with broken floorboards, large gaps and very dirty. I was nervous having my one year old walking and crawling around on it. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and mostly had what we needed, but a few things were missing or would have been nice, like bowls for breakfast/cereal, paper towels, more than one roll of toilet paper, sharp knives for cooking, etc. And more than one kitchen towel would be helpful.

It looked like some of the furniture has been recently updated since the pictures (newer couch, dining set and patio table/chairs). The outdoor patio is great, but again, large gaps in the flooring and many loose nails and screws laying around made it a little dangerous for little ones.

The location is really great, around the corner from the West Kensington station and lots of restaurants and markets near by. The owners had a very thoughtful package when we arrived, which included underground maps, tour/excursion info, and take-away/delivery menus for nearby restaurants, which was especially helpful since we arrived too late to go out anywhere. The wireless internet access was fantastic. I do have to mention the noise of the flat--it's situated between a very busy street and the train tracks, so it is quite noisy. We live in a big city, near a train, so we're used to those sounds, but I imagine it could be problematic for some.

I really wanted to love this place, and I do think it could be five stars with some work--new floors and a fresh paint job are a must!
