The villa which was completed in 2005, is built with stone walls, wooden floors and beamed ceilings.
It is situated within the beautiful architect designed Panorama Village just 2km around the bay from Parikia, the main port of Paros and has stunning views over Parikia Harbour and Marchello Beach below.
The villa is amidst terraced landscaped gardens with a shared pool. The entrance is at first floor level and comprises fully fitted luxury kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge area with a character fireplace. French windows lead onto a large part-shaded terrace and a cosy den area for relaxing outside from the heat of the sun. Downstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, with large en-suite luxury bathrooms with showers. There is also a twin-bedded room with fitted wardrobes and adjacent a smaller bathroom with shower. The floors downstairs are stone with Naxos marble vanity units in the bathrooms. The accommodation is to a very high standard.
We are leaving today after two wonderful weeks in Paros. The house was perfect and we loved the patio and the pool, views of the beach. Sue and Haydn were warm and welcoming (and we love that they are being so good to the island's cats!).
We explored most of the island and took a few day trips. Our best day was the one we spent sailing and swimming around Anti Paros on the Regaki. The crew were so friendly - in fact this could be the friendliest place I've spent time.
Our favourite restaurant for food and staff is Elaia on the main drag. We also recommend Levantis in Parikia, Le Sud in Naoussa, Thalassamez in Aliki and Little Green Rocket in Parikia. I expect to return and bring at least some of these wonderful women back with me.

It is difficult to imagine being happier than our family was with this wonderful villa. It is beautiful, comfortable, modern and clean. The veranda, pool and nearby Krios Beach make the entire experience perfect. Beyond these attributes, Paros is the ideal Greek island - everything you could ask for (including an amazingly friendly populace) without the tourist buses (we day-tripped to Santorini and were thrilled to come "home"!) - and this villa is ideally situated. It has fabulous views of and is in walking distance of town (albeit a healthy walk along the beaches and hills) yet far enough away to guarantee peace and quiet. Arodo, a local restaurant on the water's edge, is the cherry on the sundae. The mistake we made was booking only one week. There was so much more we wished to do. I teared up (really!) when we had to leave.
What makes this villa particularly fabulous, tho, is its owners. Sue and Haydn are extraordinarily helpful and friendly and the people who manage the property for them are similarly special. Do not pass up this opportunity.
The summer of 2010 and 2009 our family, 2 adults and our kids aged 16,14 and 11, spent two weeks in this house in the beginning of July. It is perfect for families with teenagers, and offers opportunities to either stay at the pool or the nearby beach (5 min walk and one of the nicest on Paros). The house is located only 10 min drive from Parikia in a quiet area, and the owners are very helpful and service minded. They arranged a rental car for us, and you need that if you want to go around and discover the beatiful Island. This year we also rented a small motorboat in the port of Anti Paros and we had a nice day at sea visiting the caves and beaches on the southern part of the islands. . (The only compain we have are the barking dogs in the neighbourhood -but you'll get used to it))
We would like to go back .
Everything about the property and the environment is first rate and that is why the review title is Home away from home!
The condition of the grounds and property can only be described as immaculate. The views are stunning and the swimming pool is very clean and well kept. The Krios and Marchello beaches are a 5 minute walk away and they too are very clean and well kept areas. There is a trail just behind the villa which offers breathtaking views of the sea from the cliff tops.
In light of the distance from Parikia a rental car is recommended .The boat shuttle is available but its hours are limited and at 4 euros return per person it is novel but not economical if you are a group of 4 or more.
I would return in a heart beat. Sue and Haydn Jones are wonderful people to deal with which contributes largely to the wonderful experience.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we did,
We had such a great time. From the moment we arrived on the island, the car arrangement and meeting up at the villal went as smoothly as possible. The rental was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had anything we needed and the front outside patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning with an ocean view. The beach was a bit farther than we had expected, but an easy 5 minute walk and the beach by the rental is one of the best on the island. Everything was really great and we would definately rent this villa again. Thank you so much for your help with everything and we hope to be there again soon!
We booked this villa for a couple of weeks in 2008 and ending up staying for 6 or 7 weeks. The location is great. Close enough to town for the night life but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. Our 2 children loved the neighbohood. Numerous playmates, nice pool and the beach is a short walk away. Dinghy sailing school in town welcomes tourists. Cavo Doro restaurant will deliver meals. Car necessary although a small tourist boat will ferry you to town and back during day light hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had such a good time that we booked again for summer of 2009!
The villa is situated 2 km from the main port of Parikia, and is 3 minutes walk from the delightful Marchello Beach, Krios Bay, which has a lively beach bar and sunbed facilities. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the bustling port of Parikia, here you can enjoy an endless choice of restaurants and discover many interesting shops within the old town's traditional backstreets. During the day you can catch a small ferry boat from Marchello Beach across the bay to the main harbour, alternatively you can take a stroll round the bay into town on the coastal path past the sailing club and other taverners, taking approx. 30 minutes. Places to visit on the island:- Lefkos, a pretty mountain village, Naoussa, a pretty fishing village with cobbled streets, narrow alleyways and interesting shops. You can also take a short ferry crossing to Anti Paros, a tranquil island of great beauty with stunning deserted beaches. Pounda beach hosts the world championships for wind and kite surfing.
