These beautiful apartments are located just above Port Soller Harbour, North West Mallorca. The views are stunning with the harbour to the front and the ocean from the bedroom. The lounge/dining area has a tiled floor and a sofa bed.. Through large doors you walk straight out onto the terrace with a table and chairs (seating upto 6) for al-fresco eating looking straight over the port. The new open plan fitted kitchen with views out to Port has granite work tops with vitroceramic electric hob, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Two of the apartments have one double bedroom and the other has a double and a bunk bed room - all with ample hanging space. These apartments offer a beautiful place to stay, a great location close to the restaurants and unsurpassed views.

The closest beach at Port Soller - 4 minutes walk.

The Closest Shop - 2 minute walk.

Soller Town - 10 minutes in the car or 15 minutes on the picturesque San Francisco tram.

Palma Airport - 40 minutes by car/taxi or bus.

Surroundings: These apartments offer you an ideal base for a holiday by the sea, for exploring the nearby picturesque town of Soller, for walking into the hills or driving to the wonderful villages and towns of Deia, Valldemossa, Lluc and Palma.

The charm of the Port has been maintained by the fact that it is small and friendly, and has not been over-commercialised. It has some true Mallorcan restaurants serving the local specialities of tumbet (a vegetable/bread soup) and fresh fish catches of the day or you can visit a number of 5 star establishments and enjoy a culinary feast while watching the sunset.

Soller is a true Mallorcan gem - a bustling town filled with locals and tourists alike - either going about their daily business or sitting in a cafe in the square drinking a coffee while the children run around the fountain.

This area is beautiful - great for families with a fabulous beach, amazing for couples with romantic hideaways and places to explore.

The Apartments: The two beautiful apartments are located in a small block which is only 4 storeys high, thereby staying true to the low rise feel of Port Soller yet enabling the fantastic views that you have from your balcony.

The major benefit of staying at Port Soller is the ability to walk to all facilities, the yachts, the restaurants, the beaches, water sports, trips to other coves, food shopping, walks into the hills, an old fashioned tram ride to Soller town or a direct 20 minute bus ride to Palma. Apartment 9 is the same layout as apartment 7 and decor is similar throughout. The views are stunning with the harbour to the front and the ocean from the bedroom. The lounge/dining area has a terracotta clay tiled floor and there is a sofa which turns into a double bed to accommodate one extra person. Full air conditioning, central heating Wi-Fi and Satellite.TV.. Through large doors you walk straight out onto the terrace with a table and chairs (seating up to 4) for al-fresco eating looking straight over the port. The new open plan fitted kitchen with views out to Port has granite work tops with vitroceramic electric hob, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Each apartment has one Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ample drawer and hanging space There are 2 large windows, 1 with expansive views of the rocky coastline, the other with uninterrupted views of the sea. Sit on the balcony admire the view.Go down the hill enjoy the restaurants climb back up the hill 'Phew'.If you are not young and fit its not for you .The appt needs updating and a good clean

Owner's Response: The apartment was updated in January, when a new sofa bed was installed in the living room and a new flat screen TV, a new front door and PVC doors on to the balcony. The indoor dinning table is make of solid Olive wood, which isn't Ikea, but those who love woods would recognize it. The apartment is cleaned every Saturday, when the sheets and towels are changed for the new people. I think the comments about up dating and cleaning mean spirited. We are not pretending to be the Riz.

Einen besseren Ausblick gibt es kaum

Eine traumhaft gelegene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo mit ultimativem Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Tramuntana vom Balkon aus und aufs offene Meer vom Schlafzimmer.
Wohlfühlen pur und die Annehmlichkeit einer Waschmaschine und eines Geschirrspülers. Köche werden ein paar Küchenutensilien vermissen.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Jedesmal sind wir wieder über den fantastischen Ausblick vom Balkon in die Bucht von Porto Soller und aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf das offene Meer begeistert.
Der große LCD-Fernseher, jetzt mit deutschem Satelliten-TV, ist eine tolle Neuerung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, leider muss man sehr viele Stufen steigen - sonst wäre der Blick auch nicht so spektakulär.

"Das Apartment ist super gelegen mit Blick auf den Hafen (vorne heraus mit Balkon) und das Meer (hinten aus dem Schlafzimmer). Einfach grandios.
So kann man morgens auf dem Balkon in der Sonne frühstücken und das Treiben im Hafen und auf der Uferpromenade beobachten. Da fällt es schwer, das Apartment zun verlassen.
Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Vor allem auch gemütlich eingerichtet.
In Port de Soller gibt es außerdem genügend Restaurants, um abends essen zu gehen, wenn man nicht kochen möchte.
Die Angaben in der Beschreibung im Internet treffen voll zu.

A relaxing holiday is assured, gazing at boats gliding in and out of the harbour, people watching by the water or in the cafes of the square of Soller. Relaxing on the beach or following one of the many picturesque paths in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range that surround the lovely Soller valley. The waterfront at the Port is lined with pavement restaurants and bars offering local wines, holiday cocktails and a delicious variety of cuisines. Situated close to the apartments, the Santa Catalina restaurants offer a rich variety of speciality Mallorcan dishes. The Port of Soller is set in a natural horse-shoe bay and is the perfect setting for any holiday. At one side of the bay you have the harbour with its mix of fishing boats and yachts, as well as the as well as the larger boat which takes you around to the beautiful small bay of Sa Colobra. At the other side of the bay you have the golden sandy beach of Repic which is the idea place for sunbathing or taking a swim. Heaven!
