This high quality ground floor apartment has a central location, a couple of minutes walk to the town & 10 minutes easy walk to beach & estuary. Perfect for couples wanting to explore the West Country any time of year. There is a range of activities close to the property, with train and bus station just 500 meters away. Sunnydeck has a lovely decked area where you can relax and catch the sunshine. The large double bedroom has a king size bed with high quality mattress, plenty of storage space & flat screen digital TV. The comfy lounge has 2 & 3 seat settee, gas fire, large flat screen digital TV, DVD & stereo. Kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The shower room has shower cubical with electric shower, basin & toilet. Separate dining area with extending table. The flat has central heating, fully controllable by the visitor. Linen & towels provided. Gas, heating, electric and Wi-Fi internet included. OFF ROAD PARKING, MEDIUM SIZE CAR (eg.Golf estate)

The reason we chose Exmouth for our holiday home is the wonderful sandy beach, estuary and all the local amenities with the train and bus station only 5 minutes walk away. There is always plenty to see and do what ever the time of year. We chose this flat because it is spacious but cosy, close to everything and has parking!

We chose this flat because it is spacious but still cosy. The decked area at the back is just perfect to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and the sunshine. The location is ideal for beach, town and generally exploring. The bus and train station are a five minute walk away making this ideal for visitors without a car. Wi-Fi is now available at Sunnydeck.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION..

Have just returned from a very enjoyable weekend at Sunnydeck in Exmouth. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay (especially the extremely comfortable bed!). It's located close to the centre of town and so easy to get to the shops and the beach which is only 5 minutes away. It was perfect for our short break and the service from Lindsay was fantastic, especially her flexibility in letting us arrive early and leave later on Sunday, which was invaluable with a young baby! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sunnydeck to anyone looking for a place to stay in Exmouth.

A LOVELY COMFORTABLE HOME FROM HOME

We arrived to find a thoughtful welcome pack, the flat is well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated to take advantage of the towns facilities, no need for a car once there. We strongly recommend a visit, we will not hesitate to make a return visit.
Good selection of pubs and restaurants nearby, tasty Chinese takeaway next door. The walk to the Swan at Lympstone is well worth it for Sunday roast.

LOVELY COSY APARTMENT AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED

HOME FROM HOME IN GOOD LOCATION

Sunnydeck feels like a home from home and is very well equiped, the owners having thought of everything. It feels like you are staying in someones much loved home rather than just a rental property. Goodies are provided on arrival including a cream tea which makes for a warm welcome and the bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The beach and coastal path are only a short walk away and there is easy access to public transport and local boat trips.

Exmouth lies at the mouth of the River Exe and has two miles of golden sands for you to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Jurassic Coast Heritage Path, a coastal and cliff-top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. A short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs.

The town centre has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing to name a few!

Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attraction. Next to the station is Exmouth Sports Centre with two heated swimming pools and a variety of sports. The town also has a cinema.
