The property is set in 10,000m2 of land which incorporates the main 3 bedroomed house (not in use during your stay) The beautifully restored guesthouse has 2 bedrooms and living area/kitchen/dining area; a large swimming pool (which can be heated at your request); a tennis court; olive grove; chapel; lawns and barbeque.
The property is accessed through electric gates and an imposing driveway through the land.
The guesthouse is beautifully furnished and gives an authentic Greek feel to your visit.

There are wonderful views to the famous island of Spinalonga and the mountains nearby are stunning to look at.
The garden is spacious being partly laid to lawn and a pathed walkway through the olive grove. There are various sculptures of interest. The space is especially suitable for children to play in.
Pool Heating: The swimming pool may be heated at an additional cost of £500 per week. This is normally only considered during the months of April, May and October
Exclusivity: The main house will not be occupied during your stay so the guest house and the grounds will be for your exclusive use.
The scenic seaside village of Plaka overlooks the famous island of Spinalonga and is only a 5 minute drive from the town of Elounda, which is a further 15 minutes away from Agios Nikolaos and another 40 minutes from the capital's airport of Heraklion.
The area around Plaka is especially beautiful with the unspoilt Mirabello peninsula overlooking the east and north Mediterranean. Quiet Cretan villages scatter the north coast and the mountains and seaside are wonderful for nature lovers.
You can find most holiday requirements in the neighbouring town of Elounda. For historical and architectural sites you do not have to travel far. Knossos, Lato, Malia, Zakros, to name just a few.
For the family there are plenty sandy beaches to find within a 15 minute drive and the large pebbled beach at Plaka, only 5 minutes walk away is excellent for snorkelling.
You will not be disappointed by the number of places to eat and drink nearby with authentic Cretan cuisine and fresh fish.
