Three bedroomed, reverse level house a short walk from Mousehole Harbour.

Previously two cottages, the house now combines Cornish character with an open plan, Mediterranean feel.

Upstairs, the spacious living accommodation consists of a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom ( whirlpool bath and separate powerful shower), a very spacious designer kitchen / dining room with large sheltered decked area off, a stylish sitting room with with 42' TV, and a bright,comfortable sun room with double doors leading to the large patio area and terraced gardens.

All the main rooms take full advantage of the fine views across the fields to the sea.

Downstairs, off the large hall area, there are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded, a shower room, laundry room and cloakroom area.

The garden provides a range of seating areas for al fresco dining, with lovely rural views to the sea.

Notes: The property is reverse level, so as to enjoy the sea views from all the main rooms: wide stairs lead up from the ground floor hallway. Downstairs there is a cloakroom and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.. The kitchen has a range cooker with an 8-ring gas hob, electric grill and two electric ovens. Children welcome, but please note there is a large, shallow pond in the lower section of the garden.

What a wonderful house! We felt so at home the minute we stepped inside. Such lovely views, great location for exploring and just far enough ferom Mousehole to walk off the evening meal at the Ship Inn... Don't forget to book! We also enjoyed meals at the KIng's Arms.
We loved the house and have gone home full of ideas for our new house build.

Wonderful Week

We have had a wonderful week and don't want to leave.
The cottage was a real home from home. My sons thoroughly enjoyed all the books, especially The Mermaid of Zennor, The Moushole Cat and The Legends Of KIng Arthur.
We still have so much to see so we will be back. Thank you.
Major highlights: Minack Theatre; Train to St Ives; Fish shops in Newlyn

We too love the cottage, a joy to come back to after a day out.
Mousehole is wonderful , a treasure.
We had some good evenings at the Kings Arms, listening to local musicians.
So many places to explore in such a small area of the country.
Very well equipped cottage and areas to have time to yourself.

Lovely House

Dylan Thomas said that Mousehole was the most beautiful village in the world and we don't disagree. Our stay has been wonderful in this lovely house and this charming little city. Hopefully we will be back one day. Thank you for a fantastic Cornwall vacation.
