Unfortunately not as good as last stay
It was my 4th stay with the YNA, including one time in Rose, and I have always been absolutely satisfied. This time it was somewhat different so that I sill have an unpleasant feeling. I was advised by the local manager not to call her but to write an SMS or a WhatsApp message. So I did when I discovered some problems in the apartment on my first day (the shower cabin did not close properly; the curtain rod in the bedroom was not tight and fell down as I tried to open the window; the towel drier didn't work). I had to contact the manager three times and wait two days before the curtain rod and the shower cabin were fixed. But the worst thing was that they were fixed in my absense without informing me. I can't imagine that YNA thinks it normal that somebody enters the apartment I am renting and does something in it without having told me anything in advance. By the way, the dirt in the shower cabin was not cleaned away and the manager didn't contract me post hoc either. I didn't see any sense in asking her about the towel dryer.
