The house has been featured in many interior design magazines. It has six bedrooms including a fabulous master suite with 20 foot bathroom and walk in shower area plus separate dressing room. The
enormous modern kitchen extension with sitting area, features a five metre island unit – perfect for catering and can sit 14 or more for supper. About Catherine Bains
Michael studied a Masters degrees at the Royal College Of Art in London in Interior Design and Architecture. Catherine studied Fashion at St Martins and also a masters Degree in 20th Century British Fashion at the Royal college of art.
They have both progressed in there varying fields; Catherine becoming an Interior Stylist and writer and Author, Her Books include Crafting with Kids, Beaded Home, Gardening with Kids. Michael is an architect Developer specialising in Modern Residential Refurbishments of Period Homes. As well as this they also run Two large Houses for Luxury Holiday Rentals and Photographic Shoots.

We Bought the house because it looks over Tooting Common which for London is Quite rare. The House is on the heaver Estate and was Designed by Lord Heaver. The Heaver Estate is in a Conservation Area and is popular with growing families with its easy commute to the city of London
