3 BEDROOM APARTMENT NEAR BARCELONA PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!

This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I chose this penthouse after going through the reviews of the previous guests. I picked up the right property on the right location. I travelled to Barcelona for the first time with my wife & two young children during Easter Holidays. The children absolutely loved the property & we felt like home straightaway. There is a playing area in front of the complex & we walked along on the beach every day. We hired a car & went to central Barcelona two days & had done most of the important sightseeings. The parking in central Barcelona is very easy unlike London & also reasonable. We had to pay 16 Euros total for the return Journey everyday to use C32 motorway to go to central Barcelona. I think there is an alternative route by C31 if anybody wants to avoid paying the toll. It takes less than an hour to go to central Barcelona from the Apartment. There is a train station nearby from the property which goes to central Barcelona so car hire is not essential.

We also went to Sitges which is another beautiful costal town not far from the property. There are few restaurants nearby & a supermarket which is very handy. The views from the balcony & the terrace are absolutely amazing. Edt the owner was very helpful & was always promptly responsive about any queries we had. We would certainly consider to return to this beautiful penthouse in the future.

Winter Holiday with Kids

We decided to take a last-minute trip to Barcelona and decided to stay here. We found the apartment to be in great condition, and in a fantastic location. We have small kids, and there was a beack right outside the apartment, with lots of small restaurants around. There were also some other towns around. The train is an easy way to get into the town proper. The landlord was very easy to work with and helped us find things to do. I would highly recommend this to any family looking for a beach vacation.

Frontline apartment in Cubelles

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children and my wife's parents in May 2011. The apartment was in spotless condition and in a beautiful loacation close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Barcelona is 45 minutes by train and Tarragona is half an hour in the other direction and the train station is 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. We were delighted to find childrens toys and books in the apartment on our arrival which came in extremely useful. The apartment block also includes a well maintained pool and childrens play area and basketball / footbal court. We found Edt to be most helpful with everything on our arrival and throughout our stay even managing to find the time late one night to bring us and our 2 year old daughter to the local hospital. Ideal place for families with kids

It was our first long (2 week) family vacations with both kids 3 and 6 year old. Although on the one hand we were searching carefully on the other we had a very vague idea of what we were looking for. The apartment and the place turned out great and met our expectations 100% and even exceeded it in some aspects. The apartment is conveniently located on the beach front yet enough away from it to be quiet. The view from balcony and the roof terrace are spectacular and the open balcony door provides very good fresh air circulation. The beach is perfect for kids - it is clean, sandy and has shallow access to the sea for about 50 yards or more. No rocks in the water and no jellyfish! The supermarket that has every kind of food you need with great fresh seafood choice is within 5 min walking distance. Same walking distance you can find several bars with drinks and snacks for adults and ice cream for kinds. Train station for travelers is quite close by too. We did not hire a car and had just 1 train trip to Calafell. The 3 year old easily walked to the station - no problem. The area feels very safe and quiet and the apartment building has fence with gates locked all the time around it. There is a nice lawn grass playground with swings and slide which was never missed by the kinds on the way to/from the beach. Swimming pool and the grounds were cleaned very morning. The apartment itself is very clean and well maintained. It really has all you would normally have at home in terms and equipment, furniture and kitchen stuff. This is probably why it felt very comfortable to live there for 2 weeks. It is indeed very suitable for children as there is enough playing area and in general planned with kids in mind (low lights switches, kids toilet room and childrens' furniture). We brough a lot of toys with us but they all never left the suitcases as there were enough toys in the apartment that kids really liked and played with them all the time.
My special thanks goes to the Owners. Ed and Maria are great hosts that made us feel welcome and cared for. Upon arrival we were given all the information on the area, apartment etc. They were always there for our special requests like short term notice, Wi-Fi, late pick up and transfer to the train station and this is of course is much appreciated and made a big difference!
Overall we have had a great family time in priceless privacy and quietness and set a certain benchmark for our family vacation rental type,

Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchen spices to tennis rackets and balls. The owner was very helpful and provided us will all of the information we needed, even then best train ticket to buy and a map. The apartment is a 10 min walk from a large supermarket and about a 20 min walk to Cunit train station. A great spot to relax and easy to catch the train directly into the centre of Barcelona. Perfect for families, great pool and playground for the kids to play safely.

We had a great holiday here , the apartment was well appointed ,clean and very family orientated. The stairs up to the roof terrace were not for the faint hearted and would be difficult for young children.The only other down side would be the slight lack of shelf space in the bedrooms.
The area its self is quiet and feels very safe .We travelled into Barcelona from the local train station several times and it was great to come home to the lovely pool.We would recommend it.
