A full equipped property with free WiFi connection to enjoy your holidays.

Our beautiful country house is situated in Pollensa only 1 km from the 9-hole golf course. The old and cultural town of Pollensa lies just 2km away and the beach 5 km.

The property is full equipped including wifi that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Upon entering the 150m2 villa there is a spacious kitchen and lounge area where a few steps take you to a further living area/conservatory with access to the gardens and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms in total, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom.

Outside you can enjoy a relaxing meal under the covered terrace.

Rental procedure: - 25% payable by transfer when booking.

- 75% payable by cash on arrival.

- Security Deposit: 300€ (payable by cash on arrival). This deposit will be refunded by transfer after pertinent deductions within 15 days after return date.

Excellent place for family holidays! :)

We spent two great weeks on the villa! The location is perfect, you can access nearby town easily by foot/bike for restaurants and groceries. Beaches are just a 10-15min drive away. The golf course is around the corner. It is really a peaceful villa to spend a family vacation.

The villa was very clean, well equipped and everything were in a good condition.
Especially the sun beds, the pool and barbeque were heavily used :) The large table outside at the front was a nice place to enjoy evening sun while having big dinners.

The fifth star in this review goes to the owner (Francisco) who was very helpful throughout our stay. All communication, etc.. was timely and his English is really good!

We were very pleased with this villa, it is very spacious and plenty of living room for 6 people - there are lots of different places to sit in the sun or the shade, plenty of parking for more than one car, and it's very secure (behind locked driveway gates.) The villa is in a very quiet spot but only minutes from the nearest towns, shops etc. Also has a good sized pool which is secluded from view. In the middle of winter, the villa was a bit cold, but probably so is everywhere in January! Owner was also very helpful and quick to respond to any problems.
Recommended.

We (family with young children) had a great time at Can La. The villa is well maintained and very clean. The owner was very polite and helpful. The villa is at a quiet location. I would certainly recommend it!

We have just returned from two amazing weeks at Can La. The villa is very well maintanied and the atmosphere is so pleasant that you feel like we stay in someone's home.
We have had an absolutely great time in Can La and will recommend it to our friends. We will definitely be returning.

A quiet place under the sun

We, a family with two teenagers, had a wonder time at Can La. The property was clean, well maintained and equiped as promised. The owner is very helpful with suggestions for an unforgetable stay.
There is a lot of privacy with no immediate neighbors. The house offers opportunities to dine indoors or outdoors in the sun or shade.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday (maintaining contact with the world through yr laptop linking with the WiFi internet connection) or a great base to explore the island.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
