Main Bath- very traditional- tub & shower combination

Master Bath- shower only (no tub)

1st floor 1/2 bath- sink & toilet only no shower

please note- while we only have two showers, we do have a continuous hot water heater, so no cold showers even with larger groups. Each room also has mirror/ vanity & hair dryer so guests can easily primp in their rooms and make the showers available for next guest. Master Bedroom has privacy curtain so guests can also enter Master Bath without disturbing guests inside the master bedroom.

The Tennyson Tudor is a 5000 sq. ft. historic 1936 custom beautiful home in City of Denver in the West Highlands Neighborhood. 10 minute drive to LODO, the Convention Center, Performing Arts Complex, Coors Field or Mile High Stadium! Blocks from highway for quick access to the Colorado Mountains - making skiing, hiking, biking an easy day trip.

We have the best neighborhood with 30 + restaurants, taprooms, bars and shops WITHIN WALKING! Denver Eater Magazine calls Tennyson Street ' Denver's Next Hot Dining Scene' A 5 min. drive also takes you to Lower Highlands (LoHi)with another 20+ restaurants and walking bridge to LODO (Lower downtown)!

We live next door, so we are nearby to assist you if a need arises during your stay. We hope you will enjoy your time in our wonderful home. It is a true oasis in the middle of the best of Urban Denver.

While we are very close to so many fun places, our home is in a quite residential block, as such we do not allow large gatherings beyond our contracted overnight guests without written advance permission. If you hope to entertain (aka have visitors that are not on the rental agreement) while staying with us, please tell us your plans PRIOR to booking. Age restrictions also apply. Primary renter must be 30 years old and all adult guests must be at least 28, unless legal immediate family.

My husband I love older homes, and live in the 1886 Victorian home next to The Tennyson Tudor. We enjoy sharing this property with other people who can also appreciate the rare historic homes and we like that we get to meet all of our guests and personally welcome them. Beautiful Home and Welcoming Get-Away!

My family came together for a wedding a family reunion with a crew of 14. This home was perfect for us ~ the older folks could relax in peace and the younger ones could go out to Tennyson St to enjoy the pizza and bowling! The home was large and spacious for us to gather together for family time. We had our own rooms and were able to sleep, bath, and eat in what felt like extravagant settings. The windows gave us an incredible view of the mountains as well, which was awesome for my out-of-town family!

Michelle and Randy were amazing and incredibly gracious hosts. They made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. My family hopes to visit again next year.

Wonderful Rental Home

For this year's Great American Beer Festival we brought a crew of 12 into Denver and were fortunate enough to call this place our home for the 4 nights of our stay. The owners were wonderful, greeting us upon arrival, giving us an excellent (and detailed) introduction to the neighborhood, and even answering emergency texts for where to find some good pizza! The house is beautiful. We all slept, bathed and otherwise lived extravagantly for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much to Michelle and her husband for sharing their beautiful home with us. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great Location, Beautiful & Spacious Home

This is our 2nd time staying with Michelle & Randy, and we so appreciate their hospitality! We were in Denver for business at the Convention center and it is an easy taxi ride, about 10-15 min. away from the house. The house is very spacious and all 9 of us had our own large bed- which is important as we are not related. We didn't cook, as we could walk down the street about 6 blocks to many nice restaurants on Tennyson St. We will stay here again next year.

Great trip!

Had a blast! Took advantage of all kinds of things Denver has to offer...Oktoberfest, zip lining in the Rockies, local cuisine, the golf course across the street (just don't rent the clubs, bring your own!) and just chilling in front of the tv watching the Broncos! Gorgeous house has everything you need.

Gorgeous!

We stayed here for our son's wedding reception, our grown kids and friends came together from all over the country and stayed here with us. This beautiful, spacious Victorian had plenty of room, a modern kitchen, nice neighborhood, restaurants and park close by, pretty view of the mountains, a private garden with outdoor seating and roses blooming. The owners saw to our every need. I would stay here again.

Spectacular rental house

The "Wimbush Estate" in Denver is one of the finest rental homes I have ever stayed in and I am a regular VRBO user. The property is everything advertised and so much more. I was in Denver on a business trip and a few of my colleagues joined me in staying at the estate. We also hosted a small function at the property and everyone was truly impressed and had a great time visiting this fine home. Michelle and Randy were the best of the best as owners and it was a pleasure having the opportunity to meet both of them while in town. The only problem with the property is that it will not be a rental much longer HOWEVER I will definitely look for another rental that they may have in the near future for my next trip to the area. Thanks for allowing us to visit your beautiful home and for all of your help with our planning.
