The coastline of Protaras and Pernera are now among the most famous and popular resort areas in Cyprus. Pernera is small village / resort area attached to Protaras. It has a fantastic range of superior quality restaurants and tavernas, as well as many lively bars, tourist shops, banks, bakeries etc.

The Golden Coast Beach is post - card picturesque, surrounded by palm trees and golden sand, nestled next to the beautiful and quaint Golden Coast Marina. You can enjoy a cold beer or lunch overlooking the harbour or partake in one of the daily fishing and boat trips to famagusta and agia napa which leave from the marina each morning. The beach is also host to a wide range of water sports including water skiing, jet skiing, paragliding, flying fish, canoeing etc. This area has something for everyone.

EXCELLENT VILLA IN PERNERA

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa. The villa was excellent, very relaxing and peaceful and had everything we needed from maid service to pool cleaning. We would highly recommend this villa. Trish left us a welcome pack which was great and came to see us the next day to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a map and advice on supermarkets, restaurants and places to visit.

We hope to return again to this lovely villa.

An Excellent Holiday

We've just returned from Cyprus having had an excellent holiday with our two boys (age 1 and 4). We would highly recommend this villa. It was clean, well furnished and equipped with everything from a hair dryer to an iron.

Our boys were constantly in the pool which was regularly maintained during our stay. The barbecue was well used too!

However, what made the holiday stress free was the owner, Trish. She provided an excellent welcome pack (v handy when arriving late with two little ones) and visited us at the villa. She was contactable during the stay and gave good recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and beaches as well as maps and a swift replacement DVD player!

We would highly recommend this villa which is within easy walking distance of Pernera however we did find having a car useful for getting to Konnos bay and further afield. I'm sure we'll stay there again!

Our first time in Cyprus and booking a Villa and we were not disappointed. The Villa was exactly as described and the Villa owner Trish left us a welcome pack which was great and came to see us the morning after we arrived which gave us a little time to settle in. Although it was xmas time we were not expecting the cooler weather but Trish supplied us with some heaters for the nights. The Villa was clean and comfortable and we could contact Trish if we needed to (didn't need to). One thing I would say is that is if you are thinking of going to any of the tourist resorts in Cyprus between November and around end of Feb (I think) you have to realise that there is very little open, but because we wanted a peaceful and quiet holiday it was just perfect for us. We would have no problem of booking or recommending this Villa to friends and family. We hired a car and the directions to the Villa Trish gave us was spot on and easy to follow. Thanks Trish, hope to see you again soon.

Excellent villa in a perfect location :)

Loved this villa from the moment we arrived and had a brillant 3 weeks stay, the outside space was brillant and was on a lovely quiet development.
We arrived late and the owner Trish had a lovely pot of chicken and noodles made for us, and the welcome back off essentials was great.
We would definitley recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the pernera area, we walked a few times round to protaras strip which took about 25mins from villa.
Cant wait to get back to cyprus already........we are missing it so much and my 5 year old son keeps telling us he is bored and when can he go back to the house with the pool!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa. The Villa itself was excellent with a lovely well maintained pool, excellent facilities, situated on a peaceful upmarket development. The Villa owner Trish & seems to always go the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome - e.g. a welcome pack of food & drink was left for us in the apartment, she met us personally the next day to ensure we were happy with everything & gave us great advice about the surrounding area beaches, restaurants, activities etc. There are great beaches & restaurants within walking distance of the villa & other beaches can be easily reached by car or a 10minute taxi ride. Would thoroughly recommend & would definitely visit the area & use this accommodation again
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
