“Seaspray” is a delight.
The house has been extended and renovated to make it one of our PREMIER properties. It is now simply beautiful and well worth a visit.
This chalet house offers ACCESS via a very short walk to the award winning sandy shores of Dymchurch beach. This area of beach is far enough away from the village that it can often be found with few, if any other people. It's like having your own private beach.
Dymchurch village with its shops and mini supermarket are about half a mile away. You can safely ride to the village along the sea wall or beach, when the tide is out.
This is a Saturday to Saturday Booking. Booking fee is £75per stay.
The house is very spacious and offers very comfortable accommodation for up to six persons.
The spacious lounge/diner has French doors to the rear garden. Also in the living area there are plenty of settees, a colour TV, video, DVD player and Freeview box & a large library of films.
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and an electric cooker.
There is a day lounge with comfortable seating, lovely for the mornings. Having French doors onto the rear garden.
To the front of the house there is a good sized reading/TV room, also good for playing board games.
The hall has a downstairs WC.

All beds are equipped with Duvets. Linen and towels are included in the rental.

The rear garden is mostly lawn, with two patio areas, so you can stay in the sun throughout the day. There is a wooden table and attached seating, for eating in the garden. BBQ. (fuel available locally)
The rear gate leads you up a short track to the top of the sea wall & the lovely beaches to bathe, play, fish, etc.
St. Pancreas Station with access to London is one hour away via the fast train.
For people wishing to holiday on the coast and visit London, this is an ideally situated property.
