Great base for walkers & well placed for exploring the Island should you choose to rent a car or even bus it or just relax & soak up the sun, eat some good food & drink some of the local Red wine.

Only 2 minutes walk to the Best Restaurants by the Sea.

Golf: There are some great golf courses on the Island & one of the best I believe is nearby between Andratx & Camp de Mar.

BEAUTIFUL TOWHOUSE

Perfectly located in the small town Port d' Andratx and you can walk to all the restaurants.
Charming interieur and very clean.
If you dont like stairs, this is not for you. You have to walk the stairs to go from room to room.-- But we loved it.
The owner couldn't be nicer, helped us in any way we needed.

FEELING AT HOME IN YOUR HOLIDAYS!

We were for a wedding in Andratx and very lucky to find this house in Port Andratx, where we stayed for 10 days.

The house is a very nice and well renovated townhouse, situated next to a small church in a very quiet impasse in midtown. A supermarket, Cafés, Restaurants, small shops and the habour are just around the corner. Parking in the small street is possible - at least when you want to deposit the luggage - but is usually better on the parking at the city entrance (10 min. walk).

The house is comfortable, well equipped, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. Every window has shutters and in almost every room is air condition, which is very comfortable during summer.
On the ground floor: well equipped kitchen, small living room with air condition, TV and some books. The patio out front is a nice place for a quiet breakfast and thanks to a tree shady enough to spend time outside even at a hot summer day when its to hot to be on a balcony.
The second floor offers two twin bedrooms, one of them with air condition and a nice balcony. The smaller room is more a children's room, has only a fan (ventilator) and a bunk bed. There is also a small bathroom with shower/WC.
The beautiful master-bedroom is on the third floor, it has beautiful antique furniture, a very large balcony and a joint bathroom with bathtub/WC.
On the fourth floor there is some place for storage, the washing mashine (in a little cabinet) and a another balcony where it is really beautiful to sit on warm summernights: great view over the small town and really mediteranean atmosphere.

Port Andratx is a very attractive location: there is a lot to do and by car you are quick at the most beautiful sites, beaches, markets and so on.
Without car you have the possibility to go by bus (regularly running from Port Andratx). There is no beach directly in Port Andratx, so if you are looking for a holidays spending your time at the beach, it is probably not the right location. But if you want to see different corners of Mallorca, visit several cities, beaches, markets and so on, if you like to go hiking in the nearby mountains or looking for a boat tour, there is much to do in Port d'Andratx.

And for our stay, the house offered the possibility to relax after a hot day at the beach, a long hiking trip etc. It feels very authentic, but you will not miss any comfort, also thanks to the house owner, who is very accommodating and helpful.

WONDERFUL HOUSE IN THE CENTER OF PORT ANDRATX.

The house was clean. We had a washing machine, Air condition, clean bathroom. Shopping was 5 minutes walking distance. Running or bycicling is no problem, we went running every day on the street to Port Andratx. When you are looking for a perfect holiday book the house and see forward to be there soon. For me one of the best places I have been. We wil come back every year.

CENTRAL UND FAMILIENFREUNDLICH

Wir haben uns in diesem charmant und persönlich eingerichteten Haus spontan zu hause gefühlt. Die Räume sind für eine Familie (keine ganz kleinen Kinder unter 3 wg. der Treppen) oder 2 Pärchen (2 für sich nutzbare Etagen mit eigenem Bad uns 2 Terassen) sehr gut nutzbar. Die unmittelbare Nähe von vielen Restaurants in verkehrsberuhigter Lage ist super mit Kids nutzbar. Die Eltern können nett essen gehen und die Kinder gefahrlos Spielen. Außerdem ist Puorto Andratx ein idealer Startplatz für kleine Buchten (st.Elm! kindertauglich) und Bergtouren (auch per Rad) ohne den Massentourisnmus Mallorcas. Man lebt dort wo noch einheimische und zugezogene selber gerne leben. Die Eigentümer waren sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend.Wir kommen gerne wieder Danke für schöne Tage Kerstin und Christian mit Luca 10, Fabio 8, und Anna knapp 5

Thermostatically Controlled Air Conditioning units which also heat the house when required, in addition there is also a wood burning fire in living area to make it really cosy in winter. House is also Double glazed to help keep it Cool in Summer & warm in winter. Traditional kitchen with Modern Electric Appliances including Ceramic Hob-(NO GAS). Two Private Sunny Terraces-One attached to Master Bedroom the other on Top Floor. The House is entered via a small but private Patio with large Hibiscus - Round table & seating for 4 There is adequate seating provided on the 2 terraces. We have had elderly family stay & enjoy the house's convenient position in the Port but they need to be able to climb stairs to Bedrooms as these are on 1st & 2nd Floor. Kitchen has ceramic hob with an oven below.
