Owner's Response: We aim to provide our visitors with a beautiful cottage that has a warm, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It is therefore very heartening to hear that guests have enjoyed their stay in one of our cottages. We look forward to welcoming Sarah and her family back to Carmarthenshire again in the future.

Beautiful Bwlch Tre Banau

  • 5 out of 5
The cottage was well maintained, clean and and met the description listed on the website. Jenny always comes to say "hello" usually with fresh laid eggs and seasonal fruit when possible. They also keep you up-to-date with things happening on the estate. I would definately recommend the property to friends, it's like coming home and so relaxing.
The beaches in Carmarthenshire are stunning, and a central location with lots of things to do and see. It also provides a place of rest and relaxation with amazing views of the countryside if you just want to do nothing.

Owner's Response: Amanda our Housekeeper works hard to make sure the cottage is spotlessly clean and welcoming upon your arrival, so I will pass your positive comments on to her. We welcome your appreciative review and we look forward to welcoming you back to Carmarthenshire soon. Thank you for being such lovely guests.

Our Special Christmas

  • 5 out of 5
The loaction for us for Christmas was spot on, the views are fantastic and we really felt like we were living the rural dream. All the bedrooms having ensuite was more like staying in a hotel and as we have all ages in the family the large lounge away from the bedrooms was the best, as we still all had our own space to party on without waking the rest of the house. Our favourite feature was the open fire with an endless supply of logs just delivered to our door and not forgetting the fresh farm eggs that kept arriving. The place was spotlessly clean and really well maintained and anything we needed we only had to ask. The owners of this property are really helpful if needed but still offering you enough privacy. Them inviting us to the farm fire work display on New Years Eve was the icing on the cake for us an then they topped that with homemade sausage rolls and mulled wine. We just thought the hospitality was a really nice touch that we were not expecting. We have recommended this property to everyone as it just has that touch of class about it. We found a wood nearby with some fantastic walks in the country to the waterfalls. We stayed here at Christmas 2 years running and can say it was the best family Christmas we have ever had. We will without a doubt be back. Even the rain didn't put us off!

Owner's Response: We also love Christmas and New Year at the farm, so it is really good to hear that our guests in the cottage also found that a truly traditional festive season in the countryside is so much fun.
