A spacious self catering family rental with views across the bay & mountains

This 3 bedroom 4th floor apartment is ideal for a family self catering summer holiday rental. Situated on the front line overlooking the bay the balcony can easily accommodate the family for meals or simply relax admiring the view. There is a fully fitted kitchen, utility, spacious lounge/dining area and 3 bedrooms the master having en suite facilities and a separate balcony. There is a CD player, IPOD docking station, TV with DVD and SKY. The garden area features a large communal pool, shower and sun loungers.

Local Golf : There are two golf courses in the local area. The Pollensa golf club has 9 holes with plenty of interest. Al Canada is 18 holes very challenging and in a beautiful setting.

Spacious apartment

Stayed here in mid July. Lovely, spacious apartment in a block of 8 with another block of 8 adjacent, so not a big complex. Pool virtually empty for most of our stay which meant we had it to ourselves. Clean & well equipped. Very comfy furniture & beds with quality sheets. No air con so can get very warm especially at night, but plenty of fans provided & there was always a breeze. Great views of mountains & sea, even better from the roof terrace. On the main coast road which can be busy & noisy but it didn't spoil our stay.
Friendly & efficient service from the owner, very helpful with questions etc. Apartment is located a good 30-40 mins walk from Marina/town centre, but along the coast road so it is pleasant enough. Bus stop 5 mins away if you don't fancy the trek. Taxi 6 euros from town to apartment. A couple of good restaurants nearby, Tango in particular, excellent food, value & service.
PP very pretty, but quite expensive, especially with poor exchange rates. This is not a budget holiday by any means .
Local market excellent as is the one in Inca on a Thursday. Boat trip round Formentor cap is breathtaking & well worth doing. The stop in Cala San Vicente bay was great for a swim. Cala San Vicente is stunning, the water is a vibrant turquoise, a must see, bus runs regularly from town centre.
Lovely holiday, can be as relaxing or as energetic as you wish. Shame the weather wasn't as good.
3 very good sunny days, 4 sun/cloudy days, 2 overcast & 1 rain all day. But not much can be done about that!

Spacious, quiet, well appointed, superb views and location, efficient service from owner. Restaurants and shops were good, main supermarket in town very good, food market in Pollensa amazing fresh local produce and cheap. Try your own recipes with fish from the Med, local suckling pig and rabbit. The regional wines, both red and white, are surprisingly good yet modestly priced (don't be misled by out-of-date tourist guides). A visit to Palma is a must, so too the inland villages and small towns where both farming and tourism are at their simplest. To enjoy the best of the island take decent walking shoes or a bike and eschew the flesh pots, at least until dusk. At times and in some places, with little command of Spanish, a smattering of German was useful.

I have stayed here now 4 years on the run. The apartment is perfectly situated within easy reach of bars, restaurants, shops & of course the beach. The views from the balcony are stunning: - beach & pool on one side & the mountains on the other side. Facilities are excellent, clean & well maintained. Ideal if self catering required, pool is ideal if you don't like the beach The choice of restuarants is superb if you want to eat out. There are loads of places to eat & drink along the beach road & a couple of excellent ones on the beach road about 5 mins walk either way. Not to mention the numerous place in the town centre square which is about 10 min by car or about 30 min very pleasant, leisurely walk along the beach road.
We hire a car from the Airport but this last time only used it to go to the supermarket, as we walked everywhere, i.e down to the beach & into town square. So you maybe could just get a taxi/bus to the resort instead of paying out for carhire.
There's a great Market on Wednesdays in the Town square.
This year we did noticed the difference in prices due to the Euro Exchange rate, so we took advantage of the Menu of the days being offered 3/4 course with wine for 16-18 Euros.

Danke Oona! Das Appartment ist großzügig, ruhig u liegt optimal! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft (aber noch besser von der Dachterrasse!). Pool ist fast immer leer u der Weg zum Strand nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Das Restaurant Tango um die Ecke u das Tolo (bevor die Essensmeile vorm Hafen beginnt) sind sehr nett u kochen sehr gut.
Perfekter Familienurlaub u wir kommen sicher wieder!

The apartment is on the front line in a quiet residential area with a 2 minute walk to the main beach and nearby restaurants. The local beach has water ski, pedalos and paracending options. The sailing school offers a variety of sailing boats, kayaks and windsurfers for hire. Puerto Pollensa has many restaurants, large supermarkets, bustling market square and for the sports minded there are tennis, squash and paddle tennis courts for hire. The port offers the choice of reliable public bus services to visit other parts of the island and there are local organised boat trips leaving the marina as well as the regular ferry to Formentor. From the apartment there is a pleasant walk with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains along the sea front into the port and on to Pine Walks.

Bookings for October through to and including April will incur charges for electricity used.
25 percent of the total charge will be required at the time of booking. The remaining 75 percent will be requested 6 weeks before the rental commences which will provide sufficient time for the transfer of keys.
