The Villa has breathtaking views, 6 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, a roomy kitchen, a home from home reception area, extensive terrace, balconies, a swimming pool, table tennis, and a garden opening onto a sandy beach with a barbecue and a jetty. 'Villa Julia' nestles on the edge of Sögüt Köyü, a rural seaside village, which is set at the head of a spectacular bay and flanked by the mountains of the Loryma peninsula, an important area in ancient times and some of the most wild and unspoilt countryside on the south west coast of Turkey. Enjoy snorkelling over ancient pottery, sailing, canoeing, boating, walking, archeology, fishing, beautiful bays, islands, a rich flaura & fauna, superb local food at excellent restaurants, colourful markets, and the wonderful, hospitable, friendly locals. Within easy reach of Sogut is Bozburun with more shops, restaurants, bars & even a disco, & other colourful villages.

  • Special discount for bookings of 3 weeks or more

    Maid service (essential for a real holiday) £150 per week payable locally in cash. This covers cleaning products, early morning cleaning of the beach, pool and garden, and then washing up, laundry, room cleaning,and generally helping, and keeping sand and petals out of the house, pool, etc.

    33% deposit to secure booking and balance payable at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    Refundable damage deposit of £300 payable, repayable less cost of any damage/breakages/additional cleaning costs.

  • All the rooms are cool and airy, they have en-suite facilities and air-conditioning. 5 bedrooms face the sea and open onto balconies/terrace/garden, one bedroom faces back up the valley and up the hillside. We have a couple of extra beds, a cot, and a mezzanine in room 2.

Absolut excellent location for a quiet and relaxing holiday in Turkey.
We fellt at home the minute we arrived here. The people in the village are very friendly and helpfull. The pool is a saltwater pool and we enjoyed it very often. The house is at the end of a beach with palms on it. The views are magnificant from the house.
The house was clean and well maintained. If you like a lot of tourists around you ,don't go there !
We defenately return here !
