Stunning and uninterrupted sea view. This lovely, recently refurbished and well equipped front line apartment is directly on the sea in a quiet and luxury complex with direct access to 2 rock beaches, 2 large swimming pools and 1 children's pool, 8000 m2 of tropical gardens, sun loungers, picnic lunch area, parking, elevator, caretaker and access by electronic key. The complex is very close to 4 golf courses, 2 marinas and several sand beaches. Central Heating and Internet access are provided. The apartment is, approximately, 20 minutes from Palma Airport, 15 minutes from Palma city centre, 10 minutes from Andraitx and 5 minutes from Santa Ponsa, golf courses, marinas and sand beaches.

Golfers paradise: 3 Local golf courses approx 5 mins away:

Golf Santa Ponsa I was selected by the PGA as a European Tour course on 6 occasions and is a 6,543 m, par 72 course which was inaugurated in January 1977. The 10th hole is one of the longest in Europe. Designed by Folco Nardi with assistance from Pepe Gancedo, Golf Santa Ponsa I covers an area of 73 hectares. It is a long, wide course with many indigenous trees and vegetation, water hazards and bunkers.

Inaugurated in December 1991, Golf Santa Ponsa II is a 6,053 m, par 72 course. The 18th hole is especially interesting, being located on an island in the shape of the island of Mallorca. Santa Ponsa II also offers opportunities to learn golf on a training course 350 m long, with tees in both directions of more than 100 m, a putting green and a golf school.

Golf Santa Ponsa III: this 9-hole course has a length of 1,599 m for men and 1,332 m for ladies, both par 30, with three par 4 holes and six par 3s.

PERFECT OASIS WITH PERFECT SEA VIEWS

Here you can find peace. Calmness. Beauty. Relaxation. Restitution.

The garden in this complex was such a pleasure to return to every day. The bird song. The swimmingpools so beautifully integrated in all the green.

The apartment itself is so nice, well-equipped, perfect sea-view. Nothing more to say. We will recommend to everybody we know. And hopefully return soon ourselves.

AMBASSADOR PARK COMPLEX SANTA PONCA

Dit appartement en de mooi aangelegde tuin bij het complex met 2 aparte grote zwembaden voldoet aan alle verwachtingen.
Het appartement is mooi licht van binnen en heeft twee grote schuifdeuren naar het terras met een wijds uitzicht over zee. De keuken is zeer goed geoutilleerd en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Op loopafstand is de nieuwe haven van Port Adriano te bereiken met een paar leuke restaurants. Aan te bevelen is ook restaurant El Capuccino in Santa Ponca.
We hebben met 4 personen in ieder geval genoten van ons 14 daags verblijf in dit appartement en de vele mogelijkheden die het eiland Mallorca te bieden heeft.

AMBASSADOR PARK COMPLEX SANTA PONSA

The apartment itself is fabulous and spotless and by far exceeds any expectations you may have prior to your holiday.
The Ambassador Park complex is very nice with lovely grounds and two smashing swimming pools.
When we were there in late August the complex itself wasn't too busy therefore the pools were quiet.
The views from the apartment are amazing, even better than we anticipated and so quiet at night.
This was our first time renting an apartment through an online leasing company and it won't be our last.
Mayte, the owner of the apartment was an absolute pleasure to deal with and keeps you well informed of all the details you need to know regarding i.e. keys, directions etc.

Only two minor faults:
(1) There is a large fan which has variable speeds in the main living area but the bedrooms can become a bit warm in mid summer. Air conditioning would be a godsend.

(2) The apartment is about 30 minutes walk to Santa Ponsa so either rent a car or as we did hire a taxi which costs about 6 euros for each trip.

All in all we had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend this apartment for a holiday and we will definitly be going back.

The apartment is very close to several sand beaches. Port Adriano beach, marina and restaurants are 1 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walking distance. Santa Ponsa town, beaches and marina are 5 minutes drive and is on a regular bus route. Also, the are a lot of fantastic coves in the surroundings.

The Port Adriano and Santa Ponsa beaches offer excellent restaurants and bars and there are local restaurants and bar within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Andraitx town and marina are 10 minutes drive.

Portals Port is 10 minutes drive.

Palma City is 15 minutes drive.
