Situated in the heart of the Carre D’Or (“Golden Square”) of Cannes, this luxury 2 bedroom, second floor apartment with lift is ideally located in a charming former hotel. The apartment building lies between the Croisette and its beaches on one side, and Rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street, on the other. With these two central points of Cannes only 100 metres away on either side, the Palais des Festivals is also as close as three minutes by foot.

This 54sq m elegant apartment is fitted to a high standard, with fully fitted kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher. The apartment can sleep up to four people very comfortably, and is particularly quiet, located at the back of the building overlooking two courtyards. The apartment has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and broadband, washing machine and dryer. This apartment (Residence Grosso 8, 9 Rue Mace, 06400 Cannes) will satisfy every conference, business and holiday need.
