Floor to ceiling windows in living room and master bedroom onto balcony overlooking the sea. There is a large open plan living room with a high quality kitchen offering granite work service, breakfast bar, integrated fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Ceramic hob with hood. Oak wood strip flooring to living room, kitchen and hall, central heating. Washer dryer, linen and towels included. Secure underground car park with lifts to all floors, security gates and doors with video entry system.

Totally Relaxing

Reflections is a beautifully spacious apartment finished to a very high standard with breathtaking sea views.It truly is a little gem,and you realise just how special it is when sat out on the balcony watching the wonderful sunsets,you can sit for hours watching the world go by,totally relaxing.
James the owner is a very easy to talk too,nice,friendly man and we felt right at home.I cannot fault anything from the quality fixtures and fittings to the lovely welcome basket.Westward Ho! is a great place for a holiday,we had a wonderful week there and the only disappointment was having to leave.

A little Gem in North Devon

What can we add to all that has been said before James,this apartment is a very clean and well looked after, with nothing too much trouble for the owner James , who's sole aim is to make your stay a happy one,it is well positioned for seafront and local shops and restaurants so ideal for the elderly,
For wheelchair users this apartment is ideal ,secure underground parking with lift to the apartment floor ,all level access ,the apartment is ideal for too ,wide doors and access to both bathrooms and bedrooms,entry to the balcony is over the patio door frame ,so small fold up ramp may be required
Would I stay here again, you bet I would and will.

To sum up – Brilliant.
Many thanks to James for a great week.
Not sure how one can add to all the previous reviews.
A luxury apartment in a wonderful child friendly North-Devon setting.
Reflection’s was just ideal for us being a couple of elder citizens, where we holidayed together with our daughter and granddaughter.
The lift from the ground or underground car park was pure bliss. The apartment is on the top floor of the last of three adjoining blocks, commanding beautiful views over the bay.
All amenities were on the door-step.
The newly built and modern Westward Arms next door on the green for breakfast, lunch or dinner was just excellent. Just around the corner was the Co-op store, for your every need, plus other local shops.
The beach is very child friendly complete with life-guards patrols. You do not actually need a car, Buses are every 20 minutes to Bideford, Barnstable & Ilfracombe, from outside the shops.
Spectacular sun-sets were enjoyed from the balcony looking out over Lundy Island.
All in all, a great week was enjoyed by all.
Highly recommended.

First Class Apartment with Style

This apartment is just the perfect place to take a relaxing break. Very clean with everything you need to have a great stay. The views are amazing, the apartment is amazing and you won't want to leave! The owner James just can't do enough to ensure your break is the best, he looks after you and gives a great welcome! This is 5 star accommodation with quality fixtures. All you need are your clothes. Parking is great in the very secure underground car park, vehicle space is great and height takes a VW Transporter/ or any 4x4. Access to the apartment is easy and lift direct to the 2nd floor therefore no restrictions for the older members of the family or your pushchairs. Take a week and spend time is this apartment, I guarantee you won't be disappointed and will go back, I know we can't wait to go back and have another great holiday. Thank you James, we really appreciated the apartment

A little bit of luxury

We booked this apartment after reading all the previous reviews and its hard to think of anymore superlatives that have not already been used! All I can say is that they are all true and we had the most memorable stay here.
The apartment is light and airy and more like a home than a holiday let , with a large kitchen and lounge beautifully furnished with local pictures and artwork on the walls. The master bedroom is huge with the bed placed so you can watch the sea from under you duvet.
The owner James was very helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing his little piece of paradise with us.
I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone seeking the perfect getaway, it's so rare nowadays to find such luxury at an affordable price

Immediate access from the flat to the fantastic Blue flag Westward Ho! beach which is great for surfing, boarding, kiting and swimming. Central base to access Appledore, Instow, Woolacombe, Croyde, Braunton, Saunton and of course Cornwall for Bude. Fast coastal road 4 minutes away. Bideford town a five minute drive and Barnstable about 20 minutes away by car.

Many local attractions including the Big Sheep, Milky Way Adventure Park,Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Northam Burrows County Park.

Lundy Island can be reached by ferry from Bideford, it is an island three and a half miles long and half a mile wide and rises steeply from the sea.

Lundy is famous for its seabirds, including a few breeding pairs of the puffins which gave the island its name (Norse for Puffin Isle) but there is also a wealth of other animals and plants on the island and in the waters around it.

RHS Rosemoor is also about half an hour drive away.

Golf: The apartment is located very close to The Royal North Devon Golf Club which is the oldest golf course in England. Additional golf courses are also available in the surrounding area.

Additional Information- Being a single story penthouse apartment on the second floor it has the advantage of sea views from both the master bedroom and living room. Both have full height French windows onto a 38ft balcony. Beautifully furnished with a 2 leather sofa's and a chaise lounge to take in then views and relax. A 36' flat screen TV with FreeSat and DVD player with a selection of DVD's to play and some light reading holiday books. There is also a Radio, CD player and IPod docking station. The modern kitchen is complete with electric oven/ grill, hob, built in fridge and separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The work surface is granite with the benefit of having a breakfast bar and stools with a wine rack at the end (wine stock not included!). A washer / dryer is in the hall cupboard. There is a dining area which has a solid oak extending table and six leather chairs.
