Comfortable house in great localation

This property was clean, comfortable and had several advantages for us., a couple in our mid 50s. Renting as a couple we used the upper floor, with its sun terrace (catching the sun most of the afternoon) as a summer house, popping inside for a break and cool drinks. Access to upper floor by an outside staircase, so not suitable for elderly or disabled. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and good beds so we slept well. Kitchen is small but well equipped and the living room has a cracking little music player. There's no TV but we did not miss one. The property is in a quiet, private corner of a development called Club Punta Arabi, which is a complex mostly attracting young German holidaymakers. They were well behaved.

The site is also home for the weekly (every Wednesday) Hippy Market, with its carnival atmpsphere and music. People travelled from all over the island to visit the market and we felt fortunate to have it two minutes walk away. Good fun.

For us the best aspect of this property was the location. The apt is on the edge of the town, close to a beautiful, rural setting and a series of bays and beaches, linked by a coastal path. So many of the bars and restaurants closest to us were on the beach, lovelly settings for a romantic evening.

However, the apt is also no more than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Es Canar with a good selection of restaurants, shops, bars and the usual facilities, together with bus and ferry services.

We did not have a poor meal in fortnight of dining out.

We found this an excellent base for our stay in a beautiful, quiet corner of Ibiza. David was a most helpful host with a passion for the island. We think we will return.

Perfect holiday home

On the first day David meet us outside the complex and took us to the house. It was a very varm welcome with a nice tour of the house and good tips about Ibiza. Very nice touch with the welcome basket!!

The house itself is clean, spacious and was perfect for our week in Ibiza.The rooms are modernly equppied and the kitchen amenities served all our needs.

We rented both levels (bottom is the main area) but you could easily be four people and have privacy given the small kitchen and bathroom on the top floor.

The terrace is perfect for dinner under the pine trees and we made a lovely BBQ one night.

The only thing we had difficulties with was the location, we had a rental car only for a few days, next time (and there will be one) we will get a car for the whole stay!

Incredible Holiday Home!

This property far exceeded our expectations and at such a great price. Very spacious, modern and clean, with more amenities than we could have imagined.

There are two levels, each of them including a large bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is the main area that has the bedroom/bathroom, plus full kitchen with refrigerator and stove/oven, plus dining area and lounge. Outside on the ground floor is a lovely courtyard with a fire place/barbeque which we used to cook a few dinners. The second level has another bedroom/bathroom, enclosed patio with its own refrigerator and microwave and sink. Outside is a lovely deck with table and chairs where we enjoyed coffees in the mornings and wine in the evenings. On top of it all is a rooftop deck from which there are amazing sea views.

On our late arrival, the very kind and knowledgeable owner provided us with a generous "welcome pack" which included a lovely bottle of wine, some local beer, a loaf of bread and jam and coffee and teas-- all very appreciated because the shops were closed and we were able to wake up and have some food available to start our day.

The house's location is perfectly located in a secure complex in Es Canar, St. Eulalia. We had a rental car so it was easy to get anywhere and everywhere from our base.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This very spacious property has definitely exeeded our expectations! Nice location, breathtaking view from the terrace, the arrangement of the house (kitchen, bath- and sleeping rooms, BBQ) everything is worth a visit !

Dieses großzügige Haus hat definiiv unsere Erwartungen übertoffen! Sehr schön gelegen, eine Atemberaubende Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, die Einrichtung (Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer, Aussengrill) dies alles macht es die Reise wert !

This apartment is close to the beach & the blue waters of the Mediterranean. There are pretty resorts with great bars only minutes walk away. The fantastic night life of Ibiza town is only 20 minutes away by taxi. There is beautiful countryside on your doorstep. The pretty marina & sea front of Santa Eulalia is a short drive or bus trip away & the world famous hippy market is on your doorstep.
