Villaflor, San Eugenio, Las Americas, Tenerife

My family and I , 4 of us , stayed here for two weeks July 2011 . The beach is only down the road with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity .There is a lovely commercial centre ,The San Eugenio , just up the road a few yards . There is a huge Mercadona supermarket there and you can stock up with your provisions for way less than here at home.
The house itself is very secure , you can hear a pin drop at night time . Exactly the perfect place to relax :) . The back yard had a pool table and a table tennis which my lot loved . Plenty of areas for both shade and sunning yourself . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need . The sitting room was comfortable and the TV had english channels , but we didnt watch much as we spent most of our time out in the garden or up by the lovely pool .
The main bedroom was lovely with an ensuite , the second bedroom was big too with loads of wardrobe space . The third bedroom is very small but has a bunkbed and would do for children .
We really enjoyed our stay here , my only gripe would be that there is no air-conditioning in the sitting room/living room and we found it very hot . You could not leave the doors open as you might get " visitors " , but I knew going here that there was none .

We stayed in this house in december 2010, what a lovely spacious 3bedroomed house, quite close to all amenities, but very quiet, didnt hear any noise outside complex, only 2min walk to beach, excellent would definatly recommend and stay here again.

This was our first holiday to Tenerife and what a fantastic time we all had! I had never really fancied ths particular Canary Island as the image i had was all built up, very rowdy and not really what i'm looking for on my summer vacation.I have to say- I'm very much sold on this part of Las Americas.
The owner is a gem! He gave us lots of information and was very speedy in his replies to my e mails on the questions i had regarding his property.
San Eugenio is a much quieter area than the very popular Playa Las Americas, which was a 10 minute taxi trip away, but there are many shops and a good supermarket where you will find all you need. This property is ideally situated, with beaches to the left and right and only 5/ 10 minutes walk from the house. There is a swimming pool next to the property which was ideal and we used this frequently.
The house is very spacious, clean and homely. The roof terrace is ideal for having breakfast before the sun comes up over the mountains. There are views towards the sea and you can watch the many boats coming and going from the harbour which is only a few minutes walk away.
There is so much to do in the surrounding area, we are a family of 6, age ranging from 10/14. They absolutely loved the new water park which is a 15 minute walk away. Spotlessly clean, very well run theme park. One thing to remember, if you're not there, before opening , to get in the queue, you will struggle to get a sun longer at the beach area. We also visited Loro Parque in the north of the island and also saw dolphins and whales on a great boat trip! All trips are very easy to book, with many boards outside shops showing prices, times etc, just shop around and you'll find a good deal.
There was so much on offer when it comes to dining out at night, the restaurant at the bottom of road from the property is very reasonable and the staff very friendly and good fun.
All along the beachfront there are restaurants to cater for all tastes, Odessia being our favourite. Excellent food, excellent value.
All in all, property, owner, location, activities, food first class!!
