Description of the apartment: This spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor (American 3rd floor), without elevator, of a 17th century building in a very quiet street. It has wood floors, high ceilings (3m50), painted beams and some exposed stone walls.
The furniture is a mixture of antique and modern - metal and wood dining table for 6, and leather 'club' armchairs, 1m40 wide sofa bed. Large modern steel sliding doors can close off the kitchen. All the windows are double glazed. We also have a mobile air conditioner for hot summers + fans. The sizes of the rooms are approximately: living room: 40 m², bedroom 1: 13 m², bedroom 2: 7 m² + mezzanine 6 m², kitchen: 9 m², ensuite bathroom: 8 m², shower room 2,5 m²
Bedroom 1 has a bathroom with a large shower, bathtub, two washbasins and WC. Bedroom 2 usually uses the entrance hall shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
The apartment faces South-East/North-West - the living room & 1 bedroom being on the street, and the kitchen and other bedroom on the courtyard
