This lovely studio apartment is slap, bang on Brighton Seafront

Brighton and Hove is situated in East Sussex, one of England's most beautiful counties.

You have the buzz of city life as well as the beach just across the street. You are close to enchanting villages and lovely country pubs. It is one of England's most famous seaside towns and used to be called Merry Brighton. Brighton is a lively mix of city and countryside. It is London's closest, coastal cousin and probably the most popular seaside resort in England due to the excellent attractions and entertainments it offers.

The sea is an ever changing backdrop to life in Brighton. Walk along the seafront and see what makes Brighton and Hove tick. From Brighton Marina to Hove Lagoon is so much to see and enjoy.

Notes: This lovely studio apartment is situated on the 4th floor and the building has a lift. You have a separate, fully fitted kitchen, with everything you need. Just outside the apartment block you will find a small convenience newsagent/store which is open every day to 10 pm.You also have plenty of restaurants and bars very close by Towels and bed linen are changed once a week if you stay 2 weeks or more. The maid will also clean the apartment for 1 1/2 hour each week included in the price. If you want to arrange more hours during the week you can arrange this with the maid directly. She charges GBP 7.50 per hour.

Charming studio even in mid-winter!

Our family gathered for the holidays in Brighton this Christmas and we all had separate accommodations at various hotels. The housekeeper, Tilly, met us and graciously showed us around the flat. Ada's studio is convenient and centrally located on King's Road with a side view of the ocean which was wild and boisterous during our whole stay. We could hear it at night and it added to the great sleep we had on the comfortable queen bed. The flat was quite clean, warm and had all the basic amenities. Our stay was short, so we did little cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and flatware, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. We dined at the The Lion and Lobster and Al Fresco which you can see from the flat right on the beach. Both menus were exceptional and varied. We toured Ditchling Beacon, Devil's Dyke and the Royal Pavillion which was very impressive. The apartment building is receiving a face-lift, so we hope to return to see its new facade. What a great time we had! Thank you, Ada and we'll be back!

Lovely apartment!

We spent lovely 10 days during our summervacation in this great apartment. We felt at home in the stylish and cosy furnitures, didn't miss a thing in the kitchen while making our own food most days. The surrounding area (all of Brighton actually) is lovely, and especially with a 3-year old, it was really convenient to have the huge playground just across the street as well as all the other things-to-see for children, that Brighton provides (Sea Life Centre, The pier, the beach and other great playgrounds). We are definately coming back some day. It couldn't have been better for that price. Real value for small money.

Nice area and good location with nice restaurants and local pubs.
Close to the beach. Seaview! Modern and comfortable furniture. Stylish interior. Here is everything! Washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TVs and equipment to all that goes into a home. Nothing was missing. Owner Ada was wonderful in mailkontakt and service.
Unfortunately it was not clean as much after last tenant. A slight bend in the edge. I would still recommend this apartment to friends and family. For I am sure that cleaning will be improved on.
Book on, I will book again next time I go to Brighton.

An excellent studio apartment! Stayed here over Valentines weekend. Was worried it would be small as it is a studio apartment but was pleased to find it was quite spacious. The apartment was clean and very homely.

The listing is very accurate. It's in a great location with shops and restaurants close by. Stacey was very friendly and a great help in recommending places to visit.

I've already recommended the apartment to friends and family. Will definately be returning in the summer. Many thanks for a lovely weekend.

A very lovely studio apartment with everything you need
Stayed here in September and it is so central to everything.
Stacey, the maid was very friendly and the Restaurant she works in is well worth a visit if you don't wish to cook at home.
We might most definate come back and stay here again
