Villa in the village of Alepohori within 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Set in one of the most beautiful locations of the Alkionides gulf (part of the larger Corinthian gulf), Alepohori is a typical Attic village, set in thick pine woods, with sheltered coves which are ideal for swimming and watersports. The peaceful village has all the expected amenities including supermarkets, cafés and tavernas specializing in fish dishes; it is in an ideal location for visiting the archaeological sites of ancient Greece and is off the main international tourist tracks. The one-story villa has a garden, round-the-house patio (with an outdoor dining table and deckchair), orchard trees and a top floor terrace. On the ground floor are the living room (with traditional fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Exceptionally the villa can accommodate additional guests in the lower ground floor, which has a spacious living room area, a double bedroom and a small bathroom.panoramic roof terrace equipped for dining and relaxing

Alepochori the long beach where visitors may enjoy ,apart from a nice swimming in a crystal clear sea, gorgeous meals in the taverns of the area, and an excellent sunset as the sun disappears behind the group of islets of Alkyonides.

Megara 22km from Alepochori is an ancient city - opposite Megara lies in the small bay Salamina its name still evokes illustrious past, todays the ferries linking Perama and Polonkia where the battle was fought.

The city of Eleusis, now known as Elefsina ,is 30 Km from Alepochori, the site was the second most important in ancient Greece after Delphi.

I own this house for several years, but do not live here,

I go 3 times a year for the holidays, I love the relaxation and comfort

in spring, the garden is full of fragrant flowers and roses

When they are not present, there is a young lady responsible

we can go with the bike, we have 4 bikes

we can go with the boat we can rent the small port or at the beach Psata

go to swim in the evening at sunset when the sea turns red

go to the pub to listen to music and drink ouzo

we hike along the beautiful coastline with spectacular sea

go to dinner in neighboring countries like Pachi or Perama to enjoy seafood

Notes: The villa is on 3 levels. On the raised ground floor a bathroom with shower enclosure, kitchen, dining room with fireplace and 2 double bedrooms There is a roof terrace. On the lower ground level a toilet, living room and a double bedroom. On the balcony on the raised ground level there are 2 tables and chairs so visitors have a choice of dining and seating areas al fresco or inside. Visitors can use the barbecue and may pick lemons from the tree.

We had a very pleasant stay in this great house in the first week of May. All the flowers in the garden were blooming and the smell of it was very nice.
The house is more than well equiped and a recommandation for families of 6 people or even more.
Owner's Response: Thank you for expressing your feeling, as regards the house, I like that the house is equipped with every comfort for guests every year I change the linens, dishes I add, I hope you can come back again

The house in Kato Alepochori was well situated just a couple of hundred meters walk from the beach and located just outside the nice little town. Everything needed for catering etc. could be gotten nearby and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The outside areas had a nice mix of shaded areas and a very nice roof terrace from which to watch the sunset. Other beaches (Psatha) and nice drives were nearby. Also within easy reach of Attica, the Northern Peloponnese and Viotia/Phokis (we drove to Delphi in a couple of hours).
Thank you Gabriella for making it an easy and pleasant trip!
