Our guests visiting Monaco are always so nicely surprised when they arrive in our flat. Fully serviced and immaculately restored Situated 5 minutes from Monaco Casino, in Beausoleil, France.

It offers the comfort and safety of Monaco at a lower prices. It size is of 75 m2, has two double bedrooms each with large built-in wardrobes and full length mirrors. The kitchen in modern contrasting white and grey is fully equipped. There is wooden parquet floor and air-conditioning/heating throughout. The flat is surrounded by Italian, Indian, Asian and French restaurants. The apartment was completely renovated using the finest craftsmen and materials available. It is aimed to people wishing to stay near Monaco with the advantages of apartment living. Close by Public Parking space is located just a few steps away.

Elegant and clean, with good quality beds and mattresses, it feels like 'home from home', centrally located one does not need to have a car to enjoy Monaco sites as everything in Monaco is within walking distance. The market is located a few steps away and is opened every day from 7.00 am

Beautiful flat in excellent location

We arrived on Thursday to the property and was greeted by Ros the property owner. She was really friendly and helpful and showed us around the flat and the local area so we knew where our local amenities were - i.e supermarket e.t.c. That was really useful as we did not need to waste any time finding our feet in a new area.

For those that travel by car there’s 2 car parks about 3 mins walk away from the flat. Ros advised us on which was cheaper. It cost us about 25-30 Euros for 24 hours. You can park on the street though but the roads are narrow and busy so I would advise the car park.

We all have worries when renting properties abroad on the quality and location but I can honestly say this is one of the nicest flats I have stayed in and the location was perfect for those who want to explore Monaco. We were just 4 blocks from casino square so about a 5-10 min walk tops.

The flat was kitted out with all modern gadgets, air con, lovely big shower head, was clean and tidy and was to be fair as good as a 5 star hotel.... and better value I must add.

I would highly recommend this flat to others.

Thanks Ros for a fab stay and we hope to visit again in the future.

First class, high quality accomodation

My wife and I, together with our 15 year old son have just had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for a week allowing us to enjoy the delights of Monaco.

Our first impression was of the high quality finish to all aspects of the apartment, solid wood flooring, high quality fittings throughout gave you the feeling of a prestigious hotel suite, as befits a stay in Monaco. A fully fitted kitchen allowed for preparing meals but with a number of excellent restaurants a mere stones throw from the apartment I have to say that our kitchen activities were restricted to tea and coffee making to accompany the wonderful cakes and pastries from the "Patisserie" just a short walk away (watch the waist line!)

Everything regarding the quality of this appartment in previous comments is entirely accurate and you will not be disappointed.

It is indeed, a five minute walk down to The Casino, but it will take longer coming back up hill!

The term 'High Quality' is repeated constantly when describing this apartment for good reason, it looks like it's only just been refurbished, it's a credit to the owners and their numerous tenants that it still looks like new eight years on.

Also my son Son would confirm the wifi is faultless!

Amazing apartment - highly recommended!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful spacious apartment for a week in October. It was exceptionally well maintained and is furnished to a very high standard; the kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances; the shower room is great and I thought the beds were really comfortable. It has everything you could need and unlike many other places the wifi was fully functional. There is air conditioning to keep the apartment cool for when you return at the end of a very warm day. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a very small lift in the building which is ideal for transporting your suitcases up and down. The location is about a 20 minute walk to the port and the beach is about equal distance in the opposite direction. The casino is only about 5 minutes or so away and there is a range of shops including a couple of small supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. There are plenty of local buses within easy reach (one bus stop on the road outside) that can take you easily into local towns such as Menton & Nice. The owner Ros is amazing and gives a really personal service by keeping in touch during the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommended. Thanks Ros.

A Comfortable Getaway in Beausoleil-Monaco

My family and I had a lovely vacation in Villa Nicette. It was wonderful to be able to explore Monaco and the surrounding French villages and spend days at the beach knowing that we had a home to return to every night. Cooking and relaxing in this private, stylish, and comfortable flat was a great relief after spending a week in hotels. The nearby parking was very affordable and the locals were charming and helpful. Staying in Villa Nicette is a lovely taste of real life on the French Riviera. We would recommend it any time!

The best apartment we have ever rent...

Everthing in this apartment is perfect! The furnishing is really amazing, the kitchen and the bathroom are new and very chic. Every room is air-conditioned und in the evening you can sit in front of the sweet balconys. The building originates from "belle epoque", so it is very wonderful, too. First of all the location is great because all you need is in the surrounding area: supermarkets, shops, bakerys, pharmacy etc. At least you can go by foot, if you want to see the famous casino, the beach or monaco´s port, precious hotels and sights. The holiday we have spent in this apartment was one of our best holidays.

Tiling is decorated using the finest quality beige rustic roman style tiles and the floor tiles are a contrasting light chocolate colour. Towels and shower mats are provided.   • Both bedrooms have a real wood parquet floor throughout and stylish doors. Beds and mattresses are made by Habitat. The larger bed in 'Sunrise Room' has a softer mattress whilst the mattress in 'Chocolate Room' is a little firmer. The built in wardrobes have frosted glass sliding doors, plenty of clothes space and ample hanging for clothes including long dresses. There are full length mirrors in each bedroom. Curtains, bedding materials and pictures have been tastefully coordinated to provide a sumptuous rich and welcoming feeling. Bedrooms look over the back of the building and are consequently extremely quiet and offer an interesting and charming view of other Belle Epoque buildings. Sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are white and are changed weekly at no additional cost. There is an iron and ironing board and hair drier in the apartment.
