This traditional stone Mallorcan farm house is more than 200 years old and was renovated in the year 2000. It has 6 acres of land, many fruit trees, an organic kitchen garden, vinyard and olive orchard. The part of the house for rent is the whole top floor. It is an apartment with its own entrance – completely separate from and not overlooked by the owner´s part on the ground floor. It is ideally located 5 min drive from Inca, 20 minutes away from the sea, and in the rural heart of the island. There are 4 villages not more than 3 km from the house with old stone houses, cafés and small shops. The interior finish of the house with terracotta floors, reed ceilings and white walls is in keeping with local architectural tradition and transmits warmth and peacefulness. Far from main roads, you can spend some days in quiet natural surroundings and enjoy the exceptional beauty of the area with fruit trees, shade trees and views up to the Tramuntana mountains. Also available for use of guests is a mosaic-tiled swimming-pool, converted from a 120 year old water cistern. Since we offer the use of the pool to guests of a 2 bedroom house which is nearby, there may be another family using the pool part of the time.

The house is ideally situated, right in the middle of the island, close to the Tramuntana mountains. Being so central, the whole island is very accessible for exploration in all directions. The small village of Moscari is 2 km away, and 3 km away is Inca, the second biggest city in Mallorca, with all its shops bars and restaurants. The nearest beach, Alcudia is only 20 minutes away by car. All nearby villages in the North are worth a visit, each lovely in their own way. Alcudia, with its lovely beaches, Roman ruins and bird sanctuary. Pollensa, an artists' town with a lovely old center, golf course and various beautiful beaches. Campanet, a typical small village, and many others. Walks around the area are highly recommended, since the countryside still preserves the old taste of rural life. There are many mountain walks within 7-8 minutes car ride.

This is a detached farm house with an independent top floor, which is the unit for rent. It has a separate entrance. The swimming-pool is 9x4 m and is between 1.80m and 2.20m deep. There is no shallow end. The pool area is protected by a fence and gate to prevent small children approaching it on their own.
