Prague Old Town 2 bedroom 460 years old house (from £16pppn)

Three of us stayed in this 1st floor apartment, including my mother aged 82, who's in great shape and found the stone spiral stair case to the front door easy to manage. The apartment was modern inside, very clean and with all mod cons. The double glazing kept out most of the street noise, which was tolerable given the brilliant location. This really is the perfect place in central Prague, sandwiched between the Old and New Town and surrounded by shops, sights, cafes and restaurants. The large Tesco supermarket five minutes away was brilliant for food shopping, but make sure you go to the basement area, rather than the small outlet on the ground floor.

The landlord, Igor, was prompt and courteous in all his dealings, and greeted us by the front door when we arrived. He sent a driver to pick us up from the Airport, which meant we could have a hassle-free transfer to the apartment. He booked the same driver for our return, who was so friendly and reliable.

Our only quibble were the mattresses in the twin room, which were a bit thin and soft, but perhaps that's an individual thing. In general, we'd highly recommend this apartment.

I was in this unit and another managed by the same person who couldn't have been more considerate or accommodating of all of our needs. The apartment is in a great location in the center of the old city of Prague and we walked from it to all the sites we wanted to see. The apartment is spacious, especially the master bedroom and the living room/kitchen. All the necessities were provided and we had fast, free wi-fi. Kudos to manager Igor G.

We were a party of 4 who requested the advertised apartment, however it was unavailable. Igor was able to offer us an alternative apartment which was less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. There were even satin sheets on the bed. There were many great restuarants and bar within minutes walk. The building was very secure and Igor provided us with a transfer service to and from the airport. The booking procedure was seemless, and Igor was very accomodating offering a very professional service. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely contact Igor on a return trip to Prague.
