Located centrally in Vista Cay, close to Disney, Universal Studios, Wet'n Wild, Sea World, all major Orlando Attractions. Our apartment is one of the best at Vista Cay: 3rd floor, with pool and lake view. Situated next to the pool, and the clubhouse. Clubhouse contains state of the art fitness center, Internet computers, Game room, pool tables, Cinema and Concierge Desk.   • The master bedroom will have a large King size bed (6'6' / 198 cm), and it's own private bath with a toilet and shower. Our second bedroom are very large, 14'4' x 11'. So we will install a queen size (5' / 152 cm) and a twin bed (3'3' / 99 cm). This bed combination takes only 46 % of the room, leaving plenty of space to walk / leave suitcases etc. Also our 2nd bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub with shower.

Vista Cay resort is one of Orlando's newest luxury resort, centrally located on Universal Blvd. Just minutes from International Drive. Convention on Orange County Convention Center? That's within walking distance. Our condos are located right next to the club house and main pool area. Free parking next to the building. The main pool area has a free jacuzzi, a large pool, and a children's pool. Surrounded by sunbeds, chairs and tables. The club house contains : Fitness center, Cinema, Internet computers, DVD Rentals, Game room, ATM, A welcome center and a concierge. The huge Publix supermarket is located about 500 yards from our apartment. There you also find two restaurants (Pizza + Asian), our partner Millenium Management, open 24/7 ! A NYPD Pizza and East Palace restaurants are located there. Harbor Square Shopping Center will open during fall 2009, next to our building. Wahlgreens (groceries ++) are confirmed, a Starbucks are rumoured. Hopefully some restaurants also.

Everything is just as described! We had a great vacation. The condo is close to all the main attractions in Orlando. It has a Walgreens and Publix just across the street. It is clean and the pool area is very nice. I would definitely come back and recommend this to anyone going to Orlando. It is so nice to have a kitchen and two large bathrooms so for a family or two couples this is perfect and very affordable! The owner is very helpful and gets back to any inquiry right away.

Above Expectations!!

We arrived at the Condo expecting a very nice place but found it to be above our expectations!! The cleanliness of not only the condo itself but the clubhouse, the pool area, and even the parking lot was always perfect!! Speaking of the parking lot, there were probably 30 empty stall all week end within 20 steps from the enterance to the condo, so dont worry about having to find a spot to park close by.
This rental is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is so quiet that we left our bedroom window open most nights and never heard a thing.
There is a Wallgreens store just a block away with most things you need and a Publix grocery store just a couple of blocks further.
As you can tell......we were impressed!!

This was a wonderful unit. It was just as beautiful as the pictures. The unit was very spacious. The owner, Havard, was very responsive to all of our inquiries. He made the reservation process very simple. The condo was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Once the unit is available, I would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful condo, Havard!

We arrived on Sunday 4th November, and found the condo easily from directions given. Unit was clean and ready for us and the staff we very help full
Very central location, near to international drive for eating out but far enough away to be quite. Pool area great and hardly anyone using it.
Would stay again without any doubt if visiting orlando again and would possibly have a larger unit if taking the family.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo. The place was very clean and it was in a perfect location. Close to all the parks. Pool was great...great weather....we had a wonderful trip! We would definately stay at the Vista Cay Resort again!
