We have totally spent over budget on the interior design of this 1st floor apartment in Santa Ponsa but the result reflects truly First Class 5 star accommodation. The extensive sunny terrace hosts alfresco eating and lounging area over looking the lagoon style child-friendly swimming pool, BBQ and the well maintained tropical gardens. Location is privileged in the quieter side of Santa Ponsa it could not be better. All supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and of course the beach are all less than a five minute walk, car hire is not necessary. Golf, tennis, fitness centres and spa are with in a mile of the complex.

Safe and Secure: Previous clients have commented on the suitability for children - there are no dangerous hazards and the pools are not so deep. Also as the apartment is right in front of the pool which also means you can always keep an eye on children while they're playing in the pool. The area is very safe but for your additional security there is a TV monitor system installed in the apartment which enables you to see who is at the door before you open it.

Majorca is a very safe place for you and your family to spend your holiday. The apartment is situated in up market resorts. Over the years we have been customer driven so have taken on-board the comments to install a safe/security box for you to keep valuables under lock and key.

Pool and Beach: The large Lagoon style swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful tropical well maintained gardens. From the ground floor you will find easy direct access to the pool and BBQ area. The apartment is completely enclosed. Inside a car space is available to the apartment an electronic key used to open the gate will be provided. The beach and centre of Santa Ponsa is just a five minute walk from the apartment.

We´re always here to help during your stay: We are certain that you will enjoy your stay at this apartment. Being the owners we live on the island. We speak Spanish and English and so are only a phone call away should you have any problems. We have had 20 years experience in the travel industry and our aim is to ensure you enjoy your holiday problem free and to provide you with excellent customer service. The apartment is 25 minutes drive from the airport located in the quieter side of Santa Ponsa. It´s very easy to find and an easy road to follow. We will provide instructions for you to hand over to a taxi driver written in Spanish. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you wish to see more of the island. We deal with a local car rental company who give a good rate to our clients. They will also arrange for the car to be left at the airport and for you on your arrival and to drop off on departure at no extra cost. If you have infants they also provide child seats. For families we also will provide you with the best airport transfer companies which is cheaper than taking taxis.

Golf: Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round. There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. Five courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. There are a further 4 courses in the surrounding areas to the apartment and these are - Poniente, Santa Ponsa 1 & 2 and Golf de Andratx.

  • Our booking form and procedure will be sent to you on confirmation of availability. We work on a first come first served basis.
  • Since the introduction of airlines such as Easy Jet and BMI Baby which serve the island with daily flights we do not have a change over days except in high season which is either saturdays or fridays. Please ask us and we´ll let you know.
  • We do not use management companies to organise our cleaners or bookings. We personally take care of our clients. Like many management companies working on the island we will not let our clients down with double bookings or apartments not prepared on arrival. we are professional and pride ourselves on offering 1st class service. As we live on the island we are just a phone call away if during your stay you need our help. Nothing is too much trouble for us.

1st Class accommodation. 3 generations of our family (including 2 young children) stayed here June 2009. Description was spot on. The help and level of service we received from owners was excellent. Apartment is very well planned and decorated, and in a fantastic location.
You do not need a car as centre of resort and beach is only a 5 minute stroll. Good choice of restaurants and bars etc.
There are 2 very clean and well maintained pools (one for kids) and the surrounding gardens are lovely.
Would recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time we have rented from Lee and Jose this year.We were so impressed the first time we came back for seconds 9 weeks later! Just like the appartment in Port Adriano, this too is of an extremely high standard and in an excellent location. Lee and Jose are the ultimate hosts, on hand and available should you require anything. This was a very last minute booking but that did not hinder the process in any way. Thanks again :-))

Simply Fabulous - A Real Treat

Our family, consisting of 3 generations including two young children, thought this apartment was fantastic! It's decorated to an exceptionally high standard, very clean, very spacious and quite simply - perfect. From the balcony you have a lovely view of the pool area and of the hills near the Marina, it really was something that we never considered but we certainly felt very lucky to have such beautiful views when we ate our meals & drank sangria on the balcony! We had an unforgettable holiday here in the beautiful location of Santa Ponsa, making the most of the beaches and the restaurants.... and the apartment had such a lot to do with that, it was a lovely place to retire to after a day on the beach. We certainly recommend Lee & Jose's luxurious apartment and thank them for their special personal touch, in welcoming us on the day of our arrival.

Fantastic Accomadation

The apartment is absolutely immaculate, spacious and met all holiday needs for wife, two kids (9 and 7yrs) and me. This is more than just holiday accomadation, it is like a home from home and caters for most needs. The grounds are also well maintained. The pool is great for kids as it is not too deep at any point. The apartment is in a nice location, close to centre of Santa Ponsa, but far enough away that you will get peace and quiet at night etc. Santa Ponsa itself has something for everyone (entertainment quarter, lots of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes, a nice beach and the more exclusive marina area) and most is within walking distance from the apartment. There are also bus services to a large number of locations in South West of the Island. I would recommend the water park in Magalluf and the Jungle Park in Santa Ponsa as good ways to keep kids amused when away from the swimming pool. If you want to go further afield then hiring a car would be advisable. The apartment owners (Lee and Jose) were helpful from start to finish and clearly make an effort to provide quality accomodation that helps make the holiday experience more enjoyable.

What can l say apart from simply fabulous... The apartment is furnished to high standard and is immaculately clean. The pool area and gardens are stunning and kept to a high standard. Lee and Jose whom we booked through were fantastic and could not have done enough to help us, they did not leave anything to chance and for us they went over and above the call of duty due to us booking late. It is an ideal holiday home. Would highly recommend...
