CONTRACT

On arrival at the villa, the temporary rental to third parties agreement should be signed subject to Law 29/1994 24th November of urban rentals (LAU) BOE num. 282, 25th November 1994. Especially and expressly point 2 article 3 of the Section I of said law. A copy of your passport will also be required.

Large family villa set in quiet location close to beach and all facilities, including golf courses. Panoramic mountain views of Mount Teide from the purpose built private BBQ area overlooking the large pool. Well maintained landscaped gardens, this is the perfect setting to relax and wind away all the stress of everyday life. The villa is of high quality, tastefully designed and decorated throughout in a style designed for your comfort. Every bedroom has a private balcony (except bedroom 4), master bedroom on first floor has an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a separate kitchen fitted with large silver fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster double oven, hob and griddle. Dining area to seat 8 persons and comfortable seating in the lounge. Off the lounge is a large terrace with luxurious seating overlooking the pool and garden. A bus service is close by but it may be desirable to hire a car for the longer journeys and sightseeing.

Villa: The kitchen is fully fitted with American style fridge/freezer with drinks and ice-dispenser, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, griddle, dishwasher.

Living Rooms: Lounge / diner is a 'L' shaped room with large dining table and Italian leather chairs. Large leather corner suite plus 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, all in Italian leather. Wide screen TV with satellite, video and DVD player.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels, T-towels and bed linen are provided.Towels for around the pool provided. Towels for the beach and sunbathing are NOT provided. The property will be cleaned upon departure. Cots and high chairs provided for a small charge, baby seats and pushchairs can be hired. Disability equipment can also be hired.

Gardens: Outside is pure luxury. Very private gardens. On entering the Villa you are welcomed by an adorning statue of Don Quixote, 'the man from La Mancha.' The heated (Oct-April) pool is of ample size for swimming or play at 9 x 4 meters. The bamboo summer house 'Mandalay' has a bar area with 4 bar stools, comfortable wicker seating, electric lighting. From here you can see the majestic mountain views and the famous 'Mount Teide'. Separate built in barbecue. Landscaped gardens pleasing to the eye, with cactus garden, fruit trees, palm trees, and colourful bouganvilla, pot plants decorated around. There is also a terrace from the Villa with beautiful cane seating, ideal for the early afternoon drinks.

Beach: Coast/Beach

The local beach is a 10 minute walk, or 2-3 minutes in the car. Where you can take scuba diving lessons in the harbour. The recently built Marina has restaurants and a fresh fish market where you can buy the ''catch of the day''. Boat trips also go from the Marina, 2, 3 or 4 hours depending on your sea legs. The bigger beaches are a 10 minute car ride away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

The nearest golf course Los Palos, is a 9 hole golf course, par 3, this is 3-4 minutes in a car. Other golf courses are Las Americas, 15 minutes away, Adeje 20 minutes away, Golf del Sur and Amarrilla golf 15 minutes and Abama, 25 minutes away.

Ski: There is no skiing in Tenerife simply because it is too hot here, lovely.

Notes: Although it is difficult for a wheelchairs to enter the property, once inside anyone who has difficulty is easily accommodated with 1st floor having access to bedroom and shower room with a wheelchair. The shower room is a walk in shower and any equipment needed, ie:(shower chair can be provided). Smoking is strictly restricted to out doors, with sensitive smoke alarms in the house which can easily be set off by a cigarette. Thank you Jacky and Ken. Our 3 week holiday in your wonderful villa, was just perfect. The area is absolutely superb for our preference of a quiet holiday location. Within easy reach of the town Las Galletas and Palm Mar we couldn't have wanted more. The villa is fabulous, spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. In fact we were having such a wonderful time we only ventured out 3 times for meals and preferred to eat at the villa, making good use of the BBQ.
The internet access was a bonus for us too.
We are sorting our dates for next year and will be in touch very soon.

Casa La Mancha - Wonderful Holiday!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Tenerife staying at this beautiful villa. Our party consisted of 4 people (me, hubby, son and his girlfriend). The villa is a real credit to its owners, Jacky and Ken. It is spotlessly clean, well maintained and very tastefully furnished. During our 10 day stay, the pool was cleaned twice and the towels and bed linen changed once which we considered to be enough. Everything we needed during our stay was available and we particularly enjoyed using the BBQ after either a lazy day by the pool or a day out. The pool was perfect (must admit we paid to have it heated)!

The villa is in a quiet area but the town of Las Galletas is within walking distance. If you wish to travel further afield, a car is essential. Los Cristianos is only a 10-15 minute drive away and the beach there is beautiful. Another must is Loro Parque which is in the north of the island but despite being about an 1.5 hour drive away, it is well worth the trip (particularly if you like animals).

There are two restaurants not far from the villa - La Romeria and Ramons. Both are quite nice (La Romeria being the more expensive of the two). However, if you drive into Los Cristianos, we can thoroughly recommend The Watermelon where we had a really lovely meal.

We would definitely recommend Casa La Mancha to friends and family and you never know, if Jacky and Ken will have us back, we may return there one day.

I have recently returned from a glorious holiday at Ken and Jacky's beautiful villa in Las Galletas Tenerife. We were a group of six including two teenagers. The villa was even better than it looked on the website. It was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail meant we had all the comforts and amenities we needed. The grounds and pool area especially are really well maintained and a credit to Ken and Jacky the owners. They were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
Los Galletas is a short walk away for food shopping and there are restaurants on the beach. We recommend hiring a car as there are some amazing sights to see if you drive around the island, in particular Teidi (of course) and Masca plus lovely seaside towns like Garachico.
Without hesitation I will be recommending this home from home to my friends and family

This was the best villa we have ever stayed in it was realy lovely and was very big there was seven of us staying in the villa and it was just fantastic the amount of space we had the whole house was decorated with impeccable taste it had everything it was very well equipt throughout the whole villa everything was spotless clean from top to botom beautiful furniture inside and out. The pool was amazing and very well maintained the outside was beautiful with plenty of seating and sun beds lots of lovely trees and flowers so relaxing jacky and ken met us on arrival which was very welcoming we had a fantastic two weeks and will definitely stay here again i would recommend this villa 100 percent

Fantastic Villa - perfect holiday!

Had a fantastic stay at Casa La Mancha. The villa it's self is absolutely beautiful. Spacious and well equipped, with just about everything catered for. A fantastic pool which is perfect for younger children as not too deep with easy steps into the shallow end - our kids had a fantastic time in the pool!. A well equipped kitchen with all mod-cons. Loads of space (we were a family of 8 - 2 grandparents - 2 teenagers - 2 Adults - a 5yr old and a baby!) and had a bedroom each ( the bedrooms are huge with loads of hanging space). TV and playstation provided for the kids with loads of games - though hardly used as the weather was lovely so spent most of the time in the gorgeous outside area and pool.
A car is handy for getting around- and Los Christianos is 5 mins away for fantastic food and shops. A visit to Sian Water Park (10 mins away by car) is also a must if you have kids as it is a great day out.
What more can I say? This is a lovely villa - all you need to take are your clothes and your suncream (and even that is provided by Jacky & Ken the owners if you need it!)
We will be returning as soon as we can!
