Ignore negative review - great place to stay

I was very surprised to read such a negative review of this apartment recently, having stayed here with 3 others about 18 months ago. I felt compelled to put up a few thoughts, and actually should have reviewed at the time as the apartment is the first place I look to stay in now when I come to London for any length of time. The apartment was exactly as the pictures portray and I know that sometimes pictures can be misleading...this definitely isn't the case here, what you see is what you get. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and is well stocked with everything you need. This was particularly the case with the kitchen which I often find to be a problem, in fact it's a real home from home. The area is fine, we had no problems and no worries or fears, arriving home at different times of the evening/night. It's not the most centrally located in London but it's only a few tube stops away.
I also had no problems with the owners at all, in fact I found them to be very communicative before and afterwards. The refund was returned without a problem. A pleasure to deal with.
The only problem I've genuinely had with the apartment is that it's very popular and I haven't been able to get the dates I want!!! But then thats going to be the case with all the best apartments. So if it's available I would say take it, you won't regret it.
