Our Villa is on the edge of the Montes de Malaga National Park, approximately 4 kms from the little village of Olias. The house is set 1 mile down a private but good track The nearest shops are at at Colmenar or Rincon de la Victoria, both of which are approx 20 mins drive away. There is a large luxury shopping complex at Rincon de la Victoria Commercial Park. The nearest restaurant is 10 mins away. The beach at nearby Torre del Mar is only 25 mins away - this is where the locals retreat to in summer, and there are lots of nice pavement cafes, shops and restaurants here. Nerja is just further down the coast and a lovely old town with great views of the Mediterranean too.

Keen walkers & birdwatchers will love the Montes de Malaga Park area as there is so much to see & do. Alternatively, if you just want to relax by our pool & enjoy the total tranquility you will not be disappointed. Children will need adult supervision by the pool area, but there is plenty of land around the villa for them to run around & explore in. If you would like to try any of the fruit from our land then please, help yourselves!

Notes:
The property has been fully renovated in 2008/09, with a modern kitchen, bathrooms. The property has been fully redecorated in 2009/10 too. The extensive gardens are landscaped, with outside lighting for evenings outside, and ample fruit trees to pick from when ripe. The property is built upon one single floor level and is therefore suitable for elderly or infirm and young children. However, wheelchair access would be slightly restricted as there are no entry ramps although there is only a single step into the building. Children need supervising whilst outside by the pool. There is an internal courtyard. There is a beautiful & large outside dining area under a covered but open terrace building, for eating/dining out in the shade during the heat of the day, and with lighting and outside HiFi speakers for evening entertainment. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property at all times. If you require a cot or highchair please ask at the time of booking.
