This is a recent barn conversion within the private grounds of Jubilee Court situated in a conservation area. The property is detached, it has a spacious lounge with flat screen TV DVD and freeview,also a separate ipod unit with docking station, the dining/kitchen area, is fitted with a washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer cooker and hob. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with basin and toilet, upstairs are two bedrooms and a large luxury bathroom a walk in power shower 1700mm bath also with shower, basin& toilet, the first bedroom has two single beds which then leads onto the second bedroom which has a king size bed both bedrooms are fitted with oak furniture, wardrobes, cupboards, flat screen TVs with Dvd units, travel cots are available all utilities linen and towels are provided, there are swings within the garden,Jubilee Cottage is a luxurious holiday home situated in the Heart Of Worcestershire in the centre of Naunton Beauchamp The owners live on site.

A LOCATION FOR ATTRACTIONS OR ROMANTIC BREAK: From the living room you access the garden and patio area where there is a round table together with 4 comfortable chairs, There is also a gas BAR B Q the garden is quite flat and very safe , access is secured by electric gates and within the gardens there is a 2 child swing and play platform,there is plenty of room for children to play games, and other garden toys are available in dry conditions,The local golf courses include 'The Vale', Evesham golf club, Ombersley golf club, Kidderminster golf club Forest Pines at Bewdley and Wharton park there are plenty to choose from, there are also 2 trout fishing pools both within 2 miles of Jubilee Cottage.and for those who like shopping we are 40 minutes drive from Merry hill shopping centre Located at Brierley Hill in the black country, and only 45 minutes drive from Birmingham With its famous Bull ring centre.

We are perfectly located between Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon, Jubilee Cottage is within easy access to many tourist destinations and attractions including Worcesters magnificent cathedral, Elgars birthplace, Stratford Upon Avons Shakespeare Theatre and Mary Ardens Farm, There is also Malvern with its magnificent Hills with many wonderful walks, and The Three Counties Show, Then there is Warwick with Britains ultimate medieval castle, Then there is Pershore a georgian town which is only 10 minutes away it is a Market Town with great character. AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION FOR BUSINESS USER: Whilst jubilee cottage is located in the centre of Naunton Beauchamp which is a very quiet village we are only 7 miles from junction 6 of the M5 motorway, there is also a oak desk and chair and full hard wired internet access plus WIFI this gives the business person full opportunity to carry out all the day to day running of their business, all office items are readily available. it is a good alternative to hotel accommodation. Jubilee Cottage is ideally located in the heart of Worcestershire for a number of the UK's top tourist attractions with Stratford-upon-Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare and the RSC theatre, Mary Ardens House, Warwick Castle, Cheltenham, the breath taking Malvern Hills, the inspiration for Edward Elgar, The Elgar Route which follows his life story, Broadway the gate way to the Cotswold's which is renown for it's beautiful chocolate box villages and antique shops, all within 30 minutes drive. Ragley Hall and Park and Worcester only a 10 minutes drive, West Midlands Safari Park located at Bewdley along with the Severn Valley Railway which is also within 30 minutes drive as well as the famous Cadbury’s Chocolate World. There are a number of golf courses very local to Jubilee cottage with the nearest only 4 miles away. There are local swimming baths in Pershore, which is a lovely market town,'Brum' from the popular childrens television series has his home in a motor museum at Bourton on The Water, we are also located within 30 minutes from Cheltenham Race Course, so are very handy for the Cheltenham Festival with the race course for the Gold Cup reached easily, there are two theme park Drayton Manor Park, 45 minutes and Alton Towers 60 minutes. With the 2012 London Olympics we are a 2 hour train (Pershore train station 5 mins away) or car journey from all the sport action, also with the Queens Diamond Jubilee we are centrally situated to be part of the celebrations.

  • This is a large cottage and for 4 people is very adequate, however a small child could also be catered for as a crib or cot bed is available, the bedrooms are quite large16ft x 16ft and 24 ft x 16 ft together with a large landing area, the bedrooms are fitted with solid oak wardrobes, bedside tables and drawer units. There are flat screen TVs and DVD units in both bedrooms a hairdryer is also included, within bedroom 1 there are two single beds and bedroom 2 has a king size bed,the heating within the bedrooms is with hot water radiators,there is a large landing area which contains a desk and provides for a full working office

Notes: The property is oil fired central heated and is maintained to the highest standard, downstairs it is underfloor heated with the further use of an electric fire and upstairs there are radiators and a hot water towel rail. For those with young children/babies there is a crib or cot bed available together with high chair or booster seats and stair gates. we also have a collapsible pushchair.All linen towels and utilities are included and a washer dryer for your laundry needs, rotary clothes dryer is also available. we are only 25 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, 30 mins from Cheltenham, 25 mins from Malvern hills, 25 mins from Broadway, 15 mins Worcester and there is numerous places to eat and drink from 2 to 5 miles, this is a very quiet village therefore a car is essential, the nearest town is Pershore at 5 miles the nearest shop is 2 miles, nearest petrol station 3 miles, nearest major super market 4 miles nearest hospital 7 miles and the nearest indoor swimming pool at 5 miles

Spent a lovely week at this gorgeous barn conversion. Wonderful barn, beautifully decorated and equipped.
Lots to see and do locally and within an hours drive.
Have recommended it to lots of friends already!.

From start to finish the hosts and accommodation exceeded all our expectations.

We felt extremely welcome, relaxed and comfortable in Jubilee Cottage during our 2 night stay.

Mike and Claire are absolutely lovely and were very flexible with our late arrival and late departure times. We felt close enough to them to find them if we needed anything and at the same time felt absolute privacy - quite a feat!

The cottage itself is fabulous, about twice the size you expect from the photos, spotlessly clean, fresh and aired.

We would recommend this property to anyone and really recommend you think carefully before choosing another property if this is on your shortlist.

For longer stays the cottage seemed well equipped with gardens, fields, bbq, games etc.. all around and we would have stayed for longer if we had the chance.

The grounds are beautiful and the cottage (ex-barn) has been built to a perfect standard with tasteful but practical design. The grounds were the highlight for the children (4y and 16m): the garden is completely safe and had a self closing gate to the road. It is very expansive with paths, waterflows, hedges, playground equipment, toys and guinea pigs. We enjoyed use of the gas bbq and table and chairs outside the cottage for all meals. The cottage itself is very well kitted out, including a cot and a child proof stair gate. The hosts were very charming and friendly and there was no feeling of our being overseen despite being able to see each other's duellings (the cottage is adacent, but not joined to, the main house). They were very generous in inviting our children to have the run of the entire grounds and their 9 year old twins were delightful. Lastly, we had 28 degree September days with no clouds so couldn't have asked for more.

Beautiful accomodation, amazing owners

We booked Jubilee cottage as it looked safe for our 2.5 yr old and the interior and grounds of the place looked perfect from the website. Even though the photos are very good from the website, it isnt until your actually there that you realise how beautiful this place really is. The grounds are spacious, private, safe and so relaxing to be amongst, I could only dream for a garden like this, whilst the inside spacious, clean, high end fixtures, fixtures and fabrics. I loved it. The cottage has everything you could ever need. Mike and Claire put up a stair gate before we arrived and ensured the cot bed was assembled and had comfy quilt and pillow for our little one. They couldnt have been anymore helpful. They have everything you need for children, sterilizer, cool bag stair gates toys teddies, books DVD collection like nothing ive ever seen, childrens knife folk spoon, bowl plates beakers etc. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and wished I didnt bring half the things I did as it was not needed. The IPOD doc was brilliant and the outside gas BBQ was easy to use. Our little one enjoyed playing and feeding the guineu pigs and was obsessed with the swings and slide in Mike and Claires side of the garden. The only negatives for this place is that I couldnt find a potatoe peeler, not sure if there was one there but Im no good and peeling veg with a knife. Also the curtains in the bedrooms are quite light so maybe a blackout blind for the summer especially in the room where children sleep. Otherwise Jubilee cottage is well above any expectations I had. Mike and Claire are a lovlely attentive family and so generous in anything they do, they really do think of everything that you may need and its never too much trouble if you need anything. The place is in the middle of rural land so dont expect to get much signal on your phone. We went to Drayton manor (expect long queues in summer) warick castle, good day out but not much under cover so prob weather permitting, sea life is ok but not worth £18 each to get in Cotsworld farm park is a must especially if you have kids and Broadway is a stunning little village with tea shops and lovely boutiques for shopping, beautiful properties as well. Flyford Inn does nice food and quite modern inside. Overall a really relaxing no stress week away and we will deff be back. We miss them and daisy the dog already. Sam & Chris

Beautiful place

Myself, wife and son had the most fantastic and relaxing time at Jubilee Cottage. The owners Mike and Claire can't do enough for you and have supplied everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. If there is something you need they'll go and get it for you. Our son enjoyed playing with the guinea pigs and the beautiful daisey the dog, the owners pet. The grounds are beautiful, the cottage is not only comfortable but a "home from home" as many reviewers have already stated. We loved its location to the attractions, within 20-50 mins, and the beautiful surrounding areas especially the village of Broadway which is a must for visiting due to picturesque beauty. We will definitely be back as great owners, beautiful cottage and location...so relaxed when we left, this really is a special place!!
