Comfortable 2 bedroom unit close to the boardwalk

Holiday on the Tweed Coast with the help of L J Hooker Kingscliff

Unit 1 of 31 Moss St is a perfect spot for a small family or a couple who want to be really close to the beach and creek but dont want to pay those high prices that are sometimes asked for units just as close but with waterviews.

2 Bedroom first floor unit

Master with ensuite and queen size bed.

Kitchen has all the basics plus dishwasher

TV & DVD player in loungeroom.

Living space opens out onto a decent size balcony with outdoor setting.

Master bedroom opens onto seperate balcony as well.

Single lock up garage. Around 5 minutes walk to patrolled beaches, cafes & restaurants - offering fantastic value for money.

Personal linen such as sheets, pillowcases, towels and so on are not supplied. We have a hire service available at a very reasonable price. The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator and dishwasher, oven/griller & microwave and so on. Thank you.
