Villa fully double glazed. Wide marble spiral staircase leads to upstairs bathroom & bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms with sea view balconies upstairs. Floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. Owners consider car hire is essential to get to and from villa due to the steep inclines between villa and pefkos resort and although villa is within walking distance to pefkos resort it can be an exhausting journey on foot in such high temperatures. Villa Rose is actually in Pefkos hillsides & Pefkos is only a few minutes drive away. There is a concrete road up to villa site & then gravel road to Villa Rose of approximately 140 metres. The road leading up to villa site from pefkos is roadworthy. Taxis are available in Pefkos to get to & from villa. Mobile phones can be used from the villa subject to network provider.
