Set in magnificently manicured gardens, Le Jardin is a prestigious, fully furnished apartment that features some of the most intricate and grand features of the 1870’s Victorian era.
As you enter this grand apartment, you will be delighted with the vast open-plan living and soaring 16 ft walls. In the main living area, you can relax in comfortable suede sofas that are surrounded by unique antique pieces with gas heater for cosy evenings. The antique timber dining setting seats 6 and is conveniently situated next to the kitchen which features Blanco stainless steel gas stove & oven with granite benches. The voluminous master bedroom has a queen size bed, marble fireplace (non active) with a huge mirror above and built in robes. There is an antique desk with fast wireless broadband internet access. The second bedroom has a double bed and more built in robes. The refurbished bathroom has a shower over a full sized bath, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Local Area: Le Jardin is brilliantly nestled at the border of St Kilda and Elwood so you have the best of both worlds. On one side there’s the elegance and peacefulness of Elwood’s tree lined streets with the delightful Elwood Village shopping precinct, on the other side is buzzing St Kilda with its numerous funky cafes, bars, and shops, including two supermarkets. Luna Park is close by and the St Kilda yacht club and beach are just a block and a half away with superb restaurants overlooking the bay.
