Exclusively totally renovated apartment situated very near the Port, Suquet-Forville and Palais des Congres. The apartment has full sea-view from all the rooms and has a Italian designed custom-fitted kitchen with full Gaggenau electronics. The bathroom is also brand new with full Bisazza mosaic, shower and double washbasin. It is fully furnished with king-size bed, white leather sofa (can sleep an extra 2 people) and tables all from BoConcept. The apartment also has WiFi, telephone and a brand new Sony full HD-TV. You also have a private parking space in the center if you have a car but you can easily walk everywhere and reaches the Marina (Port) in only a few minutes by foot and about 5 minutes to Palais Des Congres.

You can also easily walk to the main beaches of Cannes both the public and private. From all the rooms you have a panoramic view of Cannes seaside and you can see Palm Beach, Palais Congres, Port, Suquet and the beautiful church perfect place to enjoy fireworks!

Great place with a beautiful view!!

I stayed in the apartement for 1 week during july this year and was extremely pleased! The apartmenet is newly renovated with full swedish (high) standard. It is located on top of a hill so you get a nice view of Cannes. I will definately return next year

Best view of Cannes

I rented this beautiful apartment during the Film Festival. The location is excellent and the view blows you away as you can see all of Cannes and the beautiful sunset with the Esterel mountains and the church as your background. You can easily walk down to the Film Palace and the beaches in 5 minutes. I will of course return to the apartment next year!

Very modern appartment ,clean,large balkoni,whith a very beatiful view of the castle,mediterrian islands and the mountains.Elevator and very easy to reach shopping in the center.

Close to old city with lots of good restaurangs.

This apartment is located on rue Henri Paschke - exclusive part of Stanislas, Cannes. It is situated up on a small hill just below Port Canto which makes the view stunning! The ‘Palais des Festivals’, Port Canto and Cannes’ most exclusive boutiques are all just a short walk away. The beach is in walking distance. The Marina, casinos, restaurants, supermarkets, a children’s playground, both the train and bus station and the town centre are all within an easy stroll of the apartment. To the apartment it comes a free private parking space.
